Friendly staff, good breakfast and most of all proximity to my training centre and public transport

I enjoyed the security of bike parking. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room was everything I needed. I enjoyed my stay.

Friendly reception welcome and breakfast staff. Warm room nice bed good shower and Eco friendly. Local produce at breakfast.

It's a hotel, bar and restaurant so it's convenient.One might expect noise in the early evening but it's quite isolated and manageable.The staff members are friendly and helpful.The hotel is located next to the tram 3 station, only 8 stops away from city centre.

The design is not to my taste but it's not relevant.The bathroom has sharp corners and one has to be careful especially in the shower cabinet.

Basic, but well-equipped room with en-suite bathroom.Clean and hygenic, easy accessible.

Hotel was in great distance from centre, the tram was straight next to it and so easy to use.

Tiny room, tiny shower, stairs to get to your room

Room and ensuite bathroom was very clean. The room had cupboard and hangers to hang clothes. Room also had a luggage rack. On ground floor, the accommodation has a restaurant and bar, which serves breakfast, meals, snacks and drinks till late.

Depending on where your room is, but because of the warm weather I had to open the window for some fresh air and breeze. Unfortunately as the busy bar customers were sat underneath my room window, there was a lot of noise coming in , preventing me from getting much sleep.

Very friendly staff, authentic hotel / Café/ restaurant, which seems to be a vibrant meeting point for the whole neighborhood. Room was alright, nothing fancy.Breakfast was great, with local products.Anytime again!

Found shower floor slippy, noise from other guests doors early in morning. Quite hot in room, no air con.

A hotel in an interesting location, close to the beautiful Nantes center with a parking place nearby for up to 90 minutes and the necessary facilities.

The room was relatively small with just a bed and two night tables. The shower was large and really comfortable.

It was clean and really comfortable for a short stay. The bathroom/shower was really nice for the price. I recommend it for anyone there for a few days for work or travel.

There isn't really much else to day about this.

- The bed was extremely comfortable;- Room perfectly clean;- Good breakfast, even though i would have appreciated a few more choices from the buffet;-Perfect position in front of the tram stop;- Very kind staff.

- Room temperature a bit low especially during night;- No amenities available;- Nearby Gasparelli pizzeria restaurant with average quality pizzas a bit expensive;- Not the best room design.

Very good value for the price. The bathroom was well-designed, and the window blinds were very good. Clean, and there is a tram stop and a bakery right in front. Wifi was good.

No soap provided on the sink. Not enough space for clothes, only a very small wardrobe without a door, with just a few hangers inside. No nightstands, just a tiny shelf by each bed, barely large enough to put my phone on. Still, the room was small so they were trying to save space. Good enough for the price, and comfortable enough.

Welcoming staff, Great breakfast with quality ingredients, cleanliness.The yard's deco is great. the boat is is quite a stunning feature!

Only issue was I couldn't fully open the bathroom door as it was hindered by the bed, so the room lacks a bit of width

The room was comfortable, it's just a bed, but with a large bathroom. It was what we expected from reading the reviews, but didn't expect the bathroom to be so big which was a plus.It was also about a 15 minute tram or bus from the city which is just outside the door of the hotel. Transport is also free in Nantes during Saturday's and Sunday's which is nice. They have a night service for the tram on the weekend till 3am or so which was nice, besides that we took a uber back to the hotel when we were in the city past 12am which only cost around 10 euro.The restaurant also had delicious pizza, it seems to be a very popular restaurant in which the hotel is located in. So, it will be slightly noisy from 12-2pm and 7-10pm which didn't bother us as we were outside anyway. You will need to book the restaurant on Google maps if you wish to get a table as they seem to be pretty much fully booked every time they open.They also offered an iron and hairdryer on request which my girlfriend appreciated.We would come back!

The staff is very nice, room is clean, calm neighborhood just in front of the tram station. Delicious pizza

The cleaning service do not clean everything they took the garbage they change towels and covers but not the floor and the bathroom I stayed 7 nights the floor was more and more dusty over the days.

Staff super friendly, there English very good and was very helpful with any questions

Staff, quirky outdoor area , location was convenient . Close to tram

Beyond basic and very small Rooms , no mirrors , no wardrobes or draws .. had to live out of suitcase , walls paper thin.. so noisy at night you could hear people in other rooms as the walls were so thin , warm white wine , no ice available for cold drinks , … overall accommodation was like being in a hostel .
