Pillows were too small

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this hotel,the reception staff are so helpful, the location is fantastic,bars a restaurants all in walking distance. Would highly recommend

The warm welcome on arrival was great. The room was spacious, warm and very comfortable. The bar was welcoming with a good selection of drinks. It is very close to good restaurants and shops. We will definitely come and stay here again.

Would have loved a fridge . Also no power point for the kettle - had to move it to the bedside table

The lady on reception was absolutely fantastic so helpful and I am sorry I did not get her name.The room was spacious shower was good and quiet night. We would definitely stay here again

The proximity to the points of interest! Restaurants and shopping by foot! Manon from the reception desk is very friendly and able to help and speaks Spanish a plus!

The room was of good size. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. The location is as good as it can get. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in Nantes.

Breakfast had nothing vegan-friendly. They also say there's a fitness room in the hotel, but that's not really the case. There is a tiny room with a treadmill, and that's that.

We had difficulty finding the hotel due to a closed road and so called the hotel but our call went unanswered.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was the best hotel on our trip. It is perfectly located right at the Place Graslin, about 25 min walk from the railway station and easy access by tram. The staff are amazing and so attentive, from the moment you arrive until you leave, and all the time in between. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and really soundproof, giving us our best sleep. Breakfast was fine. We could reach all our city sites either walking or by tram. There are plenty of bars and restaurants and pedestrian zones in that entire area.

Very small point : small lift. ( 5 person with no luggage) That is a real minor point as the wait was very short.

A perfect location to visit the city. Staff exceptional, so accommodating.Good selection and a very ordinary breakfast.

Location is excellent, right in the centre of the old town, easy access to everything around. Charming Hotel, Staff all very friendly and helpful. Mention to young 'Neo' for his help and attention.. Excelllent service from him.. Lift access if needed for upper floors which is always bonus..Very comfortable beds, mostly all that I needed in the room. Very clean and tidy. Bice Nespresso machine and continental selection at breakfast..

Hot food at breakfast was not hot. Luke warm at best. Expected a little coffee machine in room but disappointed to find small instant sachets. Rooms were a bit on the snug side. Could be doing with some information in the room on sights etc., local knowledge.Was not expecting mostly everything closed on a sunday which was not great, also be aare alot of restaurants close sun/mon also.
