The hotel staff at the concierge was really welcoming !

Nothing that I didn't like. I recommend the hotel.it was old but clean and convenient.

Great location by the park and the train station.

Absolutely stank of something absolutely awful the whole time in the hallway. Can't open the window, noisy from the trams, mattress was very uncomfortable.

Reception staff very polite and helpful. Great, traditional hotel very close to Nantes station, tram stop and Jardin des Plantes.

No kettle, cups or glasses in the room. (Glasses were provided when I asked for them though.) Some people might be concerned about the noise from the street, but closing the windows shut out all the street noise.

The rooms in the from are quite close to the tram, so it can be a little noisy.

The location is near the train station

It was two star. No tea and coffee or refrigerator in the room. I slept well but the bed was too hard for my husband. The lift is small but ok. You must book breakfast ahead of time which we did not know when we arrived at 11.30 pm.

Location perfect for a short overnight arriving late by train and leaving early by train. Nice front view across tramlines and station piazza to the station. 24 hour helpful staffed reception. Quick friendly check-in.

No kettle in the room. No possibility of a takeaway breakfast pack as I was leaving early, though admittedly I only arrived at 22.15 so arranging this by 06.00 could have been difficult. But it did not sound like a possibility they had heard of even. Coffee would have been available before 6 but I didn't bother with this.

Perfect location, basic room but comfortable and everything we needed for a one night stay.

A kettle in the room to make tea and coffee would have been a great addition.

Location to the train station was the first priority.

Rooms a little noisy - old building with tall ceilings - people on above floor walking about.

We only stayed for a few hours but the manager was super nice and you can’t beat the location for in between train rides if that’s all you’re there for. If I were staying longer than 6 hours just for sleep, I would probably stay somewhere else and expect more but it provided us with what we needed for the night. We were able to get a drink and something to eat close by at a late hour too which was nice.

Okay for transiting, as it's right by the train station.

The furniture and equipment were old, the room was smelly, and there was a small elevator.

We stayed in Hotel Terminus during the HellFest festival and the location couldn't be better, it's literally a 2 minute walk from the train station. We got a room on the third floor. It's a basic room so don't have very high expectations. The sheets were clean and nice, and the shower was hot and good.The staff was extremely friendly and there is a 24-hour reception so there was always someone there welcoming us when we were coming back from the festival at 3AM at night.It's a very good value for money.

The first night the room felt a bit hot, but the ventilator did the job for us. Other nights everything was alright since the temperature in Nantes dropped.

This is a basic hotel which we expected but perfect for onward travel as right next to the train station. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We came to Nantes to see Le Grand Elephant and Jardin de Planted...neither disappointed.

Lots of beggars around the station..felt a Bit threatened by some of them.

Location was perfect, room was clean and tidy

Reception was a bit slow, also access was restricted as main doors locked and had to wait for receptionist to direct and open a side door. Not the property’s fault, but guest in room next to me was talking loudly on his phone until 2.30am, walls between rooms not well insulated from sound. Ended up having to tell neighbour to be quiet or take his phone call downstairs (maybe hotel staff should intervene with noisy guests at unsociable hours).

Very tired hotel, needs refurbishment and investment.

Standard breakfast, nothing special.

I asked for WiFi when mine had run out and staff simply gave me a look and said "I already gave it to you". Also, complicated passwords, what's wrong with just one catchy password that you can use everywhere?
