The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, very convenient to bus and tram stations. Lots of places to eat nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

No Air Conditioner in the room, it can get warm in a hot day, they do provide a table fan to help somewhat but would add noise in the room. There is no phone to reach to the receptionist, you have to get down to speak with them. The Elevator is tiny. if you have more luggage, it could be a bit inconvenient. There is no Iron in the room either, you have to get from the reception.

This was a great little hotel, reasonably priced and very centrally located. It is within minutes walk of Place du Cirque where there are buses and trams in every direction. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the shower was great. The hotel has a lift for easy access and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is available as well although we didn't avail of it. There are many great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Although situated on a big road, there was no noise disturbance. All in all a good choice with great value for money.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

The location is excellent for access to the main attractions and city centre.In addition, the staff were exceptional-going out of their way to explain parking procedures. If you are going to stay here, take advantage of the discounted parking offered by the hotel.

Sadly, the room was disappointing. Extremely cramped, particularly as we had our small dog too. The pictures on the website do not reflect what was offered. Also, noise from occupants above us even though we requested a quiet room. A shame really as the hotel has great potential.

Location was not bad. It was near the center in a main street.

The room was too small. Towels were greyish bot white. The pilow had a smell. We paid extra fir breakfast and it was soo poor. Comic breakfast. Everything was old and tornished.

Nice big room with an even bigger bathroom .. fantastic location walking distance to lots of sights And a short walk to Tran líne 1 & 2 and bus stops as well.

Small room, bathroom smells of old, mould air. View from the room. I do understand that not every room can be pictured and put on Booking, but at least should be mentioned that some of the rooms have rubbish bins and scaffolding view, minimum light.

There was no plug next to the bed which is a minor inconvenience but otherwise great!

Small, clean and excellently located. Lovely simple breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff. A few 100m from the heart of Nantes yet lovely and quiet - the best of both worlds!

Clean and large room with good quality double bed and pillows. Full amenities (towels, linen etc.) with ensuite WC and shower. Green policy applied. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights of the main city (central location). Close to bus/tram station (max 3 mins easy walking) and near the main train station (max 20mins on foot and less by bus or tram) while in a vivid area of the city. Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores, music halls and restaurants/bars close by. Generally good value for money among other options, a quality choice although central area of the city! The management team is quite hospitable, kind and prompt to reply (24h reception), so feel free to ask anything.

1. Trying to get in at night, give guests an access code of some type, rather then ringing night staff 2. After arriving late the last night with bad stomach indigestion, the night staff were unable to find a glass of milk for me to help, obviously milk is strictly limited

Great location, really good places to eat and drink just up the road, turn right when leaving the hotel. Room was basic but good value for the money. Parking was close and good but tight exit for bigger cars.

Location was great.Staff were all very friendly and helpful.I booked parking in advance with the hotel which is very close and I would recommend this.

The room was a little small for 3 people but manageable.Initial parking to access the hotel is tricky as in all of Nantes.
