    • bus stopped outside

    • Easy access, parking, dog friendly, staff polite and friendly.

    Cons -

    • I hadn't expected to have to pay extra for the packing.
    • Food a little pricy for what you get.
    • Nothing to complain about, except that the Nantes-Centre terminology in the name of the hotel is slightly misleading, since you are a little bit outside the hyper centre. That being said, there is tramway just in front of the hotel that takes you to the centre of the city in less than 10min.

The room and the hotel was as expected, clean, quiet, and with everything I needed. The staff was really helpful. I enjoyed my stay. This is worth your money.

    parking, staff

TV would not connect to Youtube, as per instructions left in the room.

It was clean, comfortable, quiet, in a good location right next to a bus route, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

One room had only half a shower screen rather than a proper door, which meant it was easy to soak the bathroom floor!

    8DavidPosted on: 12-8-2025

Check in was quick, restaurant was closed so couldn’t get any food, no big problem though, parking was £10 extra

Parking a fifty grand car to the rear of the hotel in the dark, among works vehicles that had seen better times was a bit worrying, and having to pay £10 to park it.!!!

Had a really nice breakfast. Every thing was fresh and there was plenty of food

    10MaxPosted on: 12-3-2025

The breakfast was fantastic. The room did jot meet our expectations, but we're used to rooms in North America, which include more surfaces to place things on, more towels, and other amenities. The handicap shower had no door or even curtain, so the whole floor got soaked. But the front desk staff was terrific, and the breakfast was phenomenal.

Basic hotel for a basic night sleep. There is nothing in this hotel that I liked in particular and I don't think I will remember this hotel in some years from now.

The breakfast is really low cost food. The eggs are industrial badly cooked, the sausiges are cold, the bread is like from the supermarket, .. there is really nothing that makes the breakfast a joyable experience.

Secure parking although you had to pay for it which was not advertised when booking

The website said the restaurant was open to be told they now close it at weekends we then had to get a tram into the centre to get a meal if we would have known that we would not have booked it

    8ZenaPosted on: 10-11-2025

The staff were helpful ( especially with our small amount of French language), There is a secure underground parking garage ( £10 per night), the bed was comfortable and had a window that you could open a little and adjustable heating. The bathroom was nicely appointed, plenty of hot water. It wasn't a noisy room (103 - though it did face the cemetery-didnt bother us)) , the breakfast was simple ( scrambled eggs, fruit, yoghurt, breads, pastries etc) but good and they had soya milk which is brilliant. 24 hour reception. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The bus stop is right outside the hotel which is convenient as it's a 30-45 minute walk into the centre otherwise ( we walked in the first day).

We were tired and ate there the first night for ease. We are pescatarian and vegetarian ( tricky in France-but improving), there were two vegetarian pasta options, but although it mentioned salmon on the menu they didn't seem to have it- anyway the pasta dishes were fine, but they put bits of ham and bacon in the vegetables ( the green beans were ok) luckily I am not as strict as my wife so I just pick the meat out. There is no toilet brush in the bathroom near the toilet, so it's tricky to clean the toilet after use. A bottle of mineral water in the bedroom on arrival would be a nice touch. We bought them at reception. The underground garage is quite tricky to get in and out of as it's basically a concrete bunker - great having it though.

A nice hotel with a restaurant.

location....but there is a regular bus service from outside the hotel to city centre

Super comfy and clean. Staff were super friendly! Location was fine, although being by a busy road, the traffic didn’t affect your sleep at all.

We couldn’t find anything we didn’t like.

    7OliverPosted on: 10-4-2025

Proximity to the public transport system to the centre of Nantes. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and good pressure too. For the amount I paid for the room, it was acceptable.

Unfortunately - no bar although, there was a night porter who let us in after hours, so we got in, slightly worse for ware.
