The staff, restaurant, room and experience was absolutely wonderful. I received a very warm and friendly welcoming. The hotel was superb. The food and drinks in the restaurant was excellent.

The staff were exceptional - as good as any five star hotel I've stayed at. My request to reserve an onsite parking space was accepted making the luggage hauling very easy (because I had a lot). The balcony was exceptional. I appreciated that there was a surcharge but no deposit for dogs.

The rooms are small. The staff warned me that the single room I had booked was going to be too small for me and my two dogs, so I had to book a deluxe room (extra charge) - and even still that was quite tight. The dinner menu was very limited - really a snack menu.

The hotel was absolutely spotless, the bed was amazing and the staff were fantastic so helpful and kind to my little dog can't wait to stsy again, Vivienne from Ireland.

Everyone was great, from check in to check out. My only mistake was using booking.com for the reservation. Booking.com is a ripoff organization. I legitimately cancelled two other hotel reservations made through booking.com and they refused to allow me to cancel and charged me for both hotels. That is no reflection on this hotel in Nantes. I had a wonderful time at this hotel. But if you're smart you'll never use booking.com to make a reservation. They can't be trusted.

Everything was perfect: the cleanliness, the cozy and modern rooms, and the location. A special mention goes to the staff, who were always available and handled all my requests perfectly. The breakfast was also excellent. I honestly couldn't have found a better place to stay, there was nothing I didn't like!

The location was good and quiet. I did not eat breakfast but used the excellent bar. The staff recommended a good Indian restaurant nearby. Room was warm and comfortable.

I liked it all . There could have been more tea and coffee available in the room.

We were very pleasantly surprised at our stay here. Would strongly recommend. Right from the welcome on arrival through to dinner and breakfast everything was very high standard The bedroom was extremely comfortable and the shower hot and strong flow. The only fault in our entire stay was our inability to operate the coffee machine
