Staff with extremely kind and friendly.

Attentive staff, underground parking, great location (walking distance of many places), good breakfast

Close to train station, 6min walk but you can't hear the trains and close to walk into main centre. Staff were great. Hotel clean. Bed and pillows very comfy. Bathroom clean. Hot water quick to come through. Great value for money.

Water pressure ok. Wanted to stay longer but they were booked out.

Location was pretty good and near the Gare Sud. Room was fine but with no complimentary creams, shampoo etc.

The restaurant was open although I arrived at 22.00 and I was able to get a good dinner. Friendly and efficient service.

Breakfast is satisfactory, but the machine to boil eggs is hopelessly bad. Water not boiling and not deep enough to cover the eggs.

Good, secure parking. Charged at 16€ per night. Hotel is in very central position. Easy to find. Hotel was nice and quiet.

The room was very basic. No tea and coffee provided, or bottled water. Only one towel per person. No tissues or small toiletries provided, just hand and body wash fixed to the wall. Very expensive price/quality

The staff were lovely when we arrived. But when we checked out it ruined completely an otherwise enjoyable stay. The person at reception was very rude. This was in front of other people. I don't know why he was so rude as the only thing I asked was if it was ok to leave our room pass with him

Sockets at each side of twin beds would be nice...there was just 1 but other than that,,great stay

Well located next to the train station. Quiet as my room was on the opposite side of the tracks. Silent air conditioning. Comfortable pillows and mattress which are the main points of a hotel room.

Breakfast was expensive for a poor choice of food. Poor curtains not efficient at blocking light.

The location not far from the train station was key. The neighborhood itself was fine, although few shops or restaurants nearby. Easy to walk to various areas of the city.

A serious lack of security...

My stay at the hotel was very disappointing and worrying. Yesterday, August 13, 2025, at 11:00 PM, while I was resting with my wife, another guest entered my room with his own key because the hotel had assigned the same room to two different guests.This situation, in addition to being a violation of my privacy, demonstrates a serious failure in the hotel's security protocols.The most alarming thing was the staff's reaction, which never apologized and simply stated that it was "a mistake." The lack of professionalism and total absence of empathy are unacceptable.The actions of the hotel and its staff have called into question the trust in the chain and its processes for protecting guest security. I do not recommend this hotel.

Close to station, very friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

The receptionist was particularly helpful in telling us about sites to visit in Nantes as we only had an afternoon and evening there. Also helpful in explaining where the bus stop was for the airport shuttle in the morning.
