Generally, I was satisfied. The hotel was clean and not too noisy, even though a busy road is nearby. And the staff was super nice.

The hotel is a bit old and it´s visible. The breakfast is more for French people – a wide variety of sweet stuff. For those who don´t like sweet breakfast, there are only eggs and sausages, ham & cheese, but the same variety. No vegetables at all.

Friendliness and cooperation of staff. The hotel is secure and surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was as expected from the Ibis. On departure, an easy access to motorway.

For self drive the access to the hotel is not straightforward

This is a great hotel for those who want a good value, clean and comfortable hotel with secure car parking. It is particularly good in you’re in transit across France.

Air con unit dripped water all night, limited sockets, some not working. Bathroom small...

Value for money. Lovely newly renovated restaurant that I was able to use for remote working. Helpful staff who gave us a map of Nantes and guidance on trams. Our beds were very comfortable. I did enjoy the gluten-free mini bread loaf supplied to me for breakfast. Liked the chickens in the yard!

Our room was basic, tiny, dim, and depressing, so we spent as little time as possible there. No view either. Renovation work on the second floor made it noisy at times.Buffet breakfast disappointing (apart from GF loaf) Scrambled egg stodgy and cold.

Parking was convenient. Rooms clean and AIR CONDITIONED! Near metro and some good restaurants and the grocery store.

The room was incredible cold since the air con was set for 18 degrees and it didn't work so I couldn't set a higher temperature. I spoke with the staff about it and they could't fix it.My 3yo was sleeping in a cot and and they didn't have neither pillows or blankets for it. I had to use a double bed blanket to cover my daughter.

Everything and the evening meal and breakfast was excellent finding was easy as it was at the of a roundabout

Location for a 1 night stay was suitable whilst travelling through. We liked the outdoor space to use.

We were tired and hungry when we arrived and had booked the hotel because it had a restaurant but on that evening there were only microwave dinners, never what we want when dining in France.

Usual high Ibis standards throughout. Very good breakfast included. Specially helpful staff advised on walks through the area to nearby parks.

The breakfast and dinners were amazing and the staff was always helpful. I had to store an expensive Bicycle and they were able to make room in a secured area.

Rooms were a little small, but all the ameneties were there.

It was extremely comfy and the perfect size. In an excellent location near to tram and buses.
