All was good
It was a place to sleep
First of all it said that there was parking available. Well, three blocks away is not what I consider available. Next, the office guy spoke no English only French. Lastly, no elevator for my heavy luggage. Fortunately I was on the second floor.
Close to city centre breakfast was fine room was great parking was really close
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, although I hadn't informed the Hotel that I would arrive earlier than 17 hours. Thank you for your patience!
Good location, friendly staff and comfy beds
Check-in times were a bit annoying as it’s either before 1pm or after 5pm which didn’t quite align with our trip
Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, great bed, amenities.
Cost, although acceptable for the time of the year.
The location was good, not far from the Jardin des Plantes and the Erbre. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were clean and comfortable.
We stayed in the apartment, which was on a hallway that smelled because of garbage bins for the building being stored there. It was a two-story apartment, but the ceiling above the stairs was very low in one spot that most people would hit their heads, which we did. Finally, the shower had no ventilation, so there was mold visible on the ceiling.
Great location and very good parking carage Onepark Cathédrale De Nantes near by when arriving by car. Room was nicer than in pictures.
It was pretty warm summer night and plastic cover on the matress made it even worse.
The gentleman on reception was very polite and spoke a bit of English which really helped us! Also, he gave us a choice of room, so we picked the top floor street view which had a beautiful sight of the church spire from the window. Room was clean and fairly modern, nothing spectacular but very good value for the money with a comfy bed too.
There was a slightly musty smell, which I can only describe as 'wet towel', that lingered in the halls, but the rooms smelled fine. The toilet paper was VERY thin, the cheapest of the cheap, so consider bringing some of your own if needed. DOn't let these slight downfalls put you off as the location is perfect for getting to the city and if your room is just a place to sleep this ticks all boxes.
Very clean, staff were great and in a fantastic location
There were road works going on when we stayed which we weren't made aware of and they started at 7am so woke us up.
Simple and clean. The map with the green line though Nantes historical centre was very useful.
No problem. I was lucky that my room was on 1 floor.
A very helpful, dedicated, and friendly staff. Franck was very patient with us, always very nice and supportive.
Amazing team! Supportive, understanding and lovely! And the room was cute!
A bit of humidity in the bathroom, but nothing exceptional in Nantes—we are closer to the sea
The room was not the same as the photos. We didn't find an hairdryer, as is marked, and only a towel was provided for two people. We stayed 2 nights, and the first morning we were woken up by the cleaner who literally opened the door to the room, as if we weren't in it sleeping. Once he realized he closed the door, but it doesn't seem ok to me as something to do.At check-out, there was no one to talk to about it. The position was great, close to the center, but I found the price a bit high for the overall situation.
It was a friendly place, old but small so it's clean. Staff are friendly. It's safe and very quiet at nights.
The reception closes down. Coming from North America, I wasn't comfortable the reception was totally closed and when I asked what if something happens, the reception said I will be sleeping. Nothing happened and I understand this is a very local small hotel, still were a bit uncomfortable. I suppose it's my bias.
Good location for both the city centre and the train station.Close to the botanical gardens.Breakfast was good value.
Location is perfect, only a short walk to the main attractions. Room was comfortable and quiet with good amenities in the bathroom. Close-by undercover parking available.
Reception not open at all times, but we knew about it.
The location was brilliant. Lovely street market right outside on a Sunday.
It is basic. Heating wasn’t on got extra blankets.
