Fantastic breakfast and very nice teceptionist, very helpfull

Hotel conveniently in city centre.

No parking facilities, parking was an absolute nightmare

Overall, the room was comfortable and very quiet, the staff very kind, but there was not Internet connection during the entire stay. It caused problems with work and communication: only the goodwill to help of Mister Kamal, front desk manager - saved the day

Having a lousy Internet connectivity renders this accommodation - undesirable?

Great location, close to restaurant.The room is very nice.

The fact that there is no elevator and the stairs are very steep and small.

I liked the hotel location. The room was big enough.

The room is on the fourth floor and you have to climb steep stair with your luggage. It was very noisy outside becaise of the nearby cathedral repairment.

Lovely small hotel. Close to station and city centre. Opposite nice park. Staff very helpful. Room spotless and bed was extremely comfortable. Our room overlooked a road but the normal street sounds didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again

Location is ideal for sightseeing. Members of staff were approachable and friendly. Breakfast was good.

The safe wasn’t working in the room. There were no grab rails in the shower.

Localisation near the bus stop, not far from the train station, really close to a beautiful park and museum of fine arts.

It was pretty noisy at night, the walls were thin and I could hear other visitors the whole night.

The hotel is centrally located, with several bars and restaurants on the same street just moments away with more around the canal basin a little further. The hotel is also only a few minutes walk away from the railway station, the cathedral, the chateau. and the Jardin des Plantes. Helpful reception staff. I chose this hotel as I needed to be close to the station, but this hotel is equally good as a base to explore the city.

The wifi signal was weak in my room on the third floor.

Very friendly staff. The single rooms are uninspiring but when I asked for a room with a view the lady offered me a fantastic double room (with a view) for the same price. Breakfast was fine. Handy location near station, centre and a lovely park.

Single rooms are a little drab. Parking might be a problem (but I may be wrong).

The staff was exceedingly nice, they managed to put in a 2nd floor room since I was in crutches. The location is perfect

Quiet, comfortable and well located, the kind lady gave me the best room at no extra cost. Lots of restaurants nearby and a quick walk to the station.

The room is clean, quiet, warm and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and can easily communicate in English. The location is about 10 minutes' walk to the downtown and also a supermarket is only about 400 meters walk.

The Wi-Fi is not strong enough to be used both for phone and laptop simultaneously.
