Very spacious apartment. Super furnished and equipped, has very comfortable beds. In the area you can find a bakery. By car it is 15 minutes to the city center. If this is important to someone, the facility is located near the city ring road so you can get there and get out quickly and easily.

Very clean and spacious for a very reasonable price!

Comfortable 2 bedroom holiday house.

The swimming pool just been closed a couple of days before our arrival. The kids left disappointed for not able to use the pool.

We were dismayed that the pool was not open it was warm enough to swim and we had to go to a localk swimming lake instead. The FAQ said the pool would be open.

We really like the location, there is a bus stop few minutes walk from hotel, apt was clean and pretty, good for the price, the staff in reception was nice (especially a girl with short hair, don't remember her name, sorry). They also change our towels and took the bins (we was there only 4nights.

Cleaning staff shouted outside, laughing, talking over the phone and smoking on terrace apartments benches while working, not very good impression.... No hot food for breakfast (scramble egg, omelette, sausage or bacon for example) only boiled eggs and there were only one left when we came.. No veg, cucumber, tomato etc....For this price we always had better breakfast when we travel in different places.

They provide a large house that can easily sleep 6 adults. The house is fully equipped with everything you have at a normal house and so it was really great to stay here. Wish we had stayed more nights as we had already made plans suitable for only one night. The kitchen facilities are great. The beds are firm and comfortable. The backyard is nice to enjoy some fresh air with your food. Overall, an amazing stay.

Location was tucked away not close to city but we already knew that.

Clean and spacy room, big territory with many parking places. Easy check in and check out. Not far from the center by car. Overall good experiemce. Recommended

The apartment was very clean spacious and the beds were excellent very comfortable

There was nothing to not like

Beds were comfy, cheaper side with a pool.

The property was damp bordering on wet with black mold in the bathroom. We stayed for 3 nights and every item of clothing is damp and needs washing just from being stored in the apartment. There were footprints on the windowsill which made the whole place feel very insecure. Also it is in the middle of a technoparc office space with very few things within walking distance and no pavements along very fast roads if you did want to walk.

Disappointed

My apartment was waiting to be refurbished therefore very low quality. Was asked for 500 Euro deposit as surprise. Tried looking on booking where it's says deposit but could not find it

Spacious

Toilet downstairs, separate to bathroom located upstairs. Nothing nearby. Everywhere closed on a Sunday so unable to visit a restaurant.

It is located in a good area and close to getting into town by the tram. Friendly guests and families staying there.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment that can sleep 6, with a sofa bed in the living room. Upon arrival, the sofa bed had no bed sheets so we slept without any sheets and it was freezing and very uncomfortable. We flagged this up with a member of staff at reception who was very rude. She has long dark brown/black hair and wasn't hospitable at all, quite frankly she shouldn't be working there at all. She offered no help and told us that the sheets were underneath the bed, we told her they were not and could even check our room to have a look, we asked if a blanket could be offered to us, but she said no, the housekeeper only comes once a week on Wednesdays.When we asked if we could upgrade our room she said that there is no member of management and that they are away on annual leave for 2 weeks, this of course wasn't the truth, as I spoke with their superior the next day. There would also be a charge of 40-45 euros a day. When asked what could be done- she did not offer any solution and her attitude was quite frankly deal with it.We brought our towels however the towels in our room were not clean they had stains on them, we asked for them to be changed so we could use them for the pool but the lady at the receptionist was very reluctant to have them changed at all and asked if we could bring them to her at reception - we told her that was perfectly fine, she eventually gave us new towels. There is a charge of 10 euros for each apartment.The wifi wasn't great it went completely down during our stay and this was an issue with other guests also staying there. When this was flagged up with the receptionist they said nothing could be done as a private company deals with this separately, I suggested they need to look at improving this, perhaps investigate the cause of this, or look at getting a backup router from their supplier. The staff said it had been a lot worse off before and had to wait it out.

Complete waste of money to stay in an industrial zone.

The property was so far from anything, behind a series of industrial shops and operations. It took close to an hour to get to the centre of the city and there was nowhere to eat or do anything around the property. The rooms smelled of Dettol but were not clean feeling. There were rules about taking your own garbage out or losing a deposit you had to pay on arrival. Also they don’t allow refunds. I wanted to leave for the second night but they wouldn’t give me my money back so could use it for another hotel. I booked almost a year in advance and they charged me double the rate, and also wouldn’t refund me the difference. So I paid £200 per night instead of £100 which is more than enough to stay in a place in the centre of Nantes. I would not recommend this spot.

We didn’t like much about the property. It was close to the football stadium which is good if you’re attending a game, but if you’re looking to explore the city and surrounding then you’re in a difficult location. You’ll have to ride a bus to get anywhere and they only come every 20 minutes. Then another tram to get to the city. There is a convenience store walking distance, good for groceries but don’t bother with their cooked foods.

The location is far from everything else. The room was very basic. No AC and they don’t clean every day. You’ll also have to dispose of your own trash. The pictures were not a good representation of the amenities of this hotel. The breakfast was only good for kids and the pool was just okay.

Easy access to the football stadium, quiet neighbourhood (though it’s in the middle of a light industrial park, nice swimming pool, enormous apartment for the price and very helpful staff

If they modernised the decor a bit, they could charge a lot more but then the price is one of the attractions!

Bed was comfy and room was clean

The pool is far too small for the occupancy of the accomodation, no pool beds available and no space to lay towel on the ground even. The pool was crammed with people and water was visibly unclean . The room was clean but not pleasant on the eye, furniture was old and water cylinder exposed in the bathroom. The room was extremely hot and the fan did not help and door could not be left open due to mosquitos. A €300 holding deposit had to be taken and as yet not released back to our account, very inconvenient when trying to continue a holiday. Location is awful, not within walking distance to anything as it is in an industrial estate. Checked out early and staff were helpful with this.
