Very welcoming receptionist, very comfortable room

The restaurant was closed and the bar was definitely overpriced - 45euro for a bottle of wine which would only have cost 15 euro on-line!

The restaurant was closed !! There was a private function and the hotel was full to the brim with people !! We had to use Uber delivery to eat !! The noise from the party kept us awake !! The breakfast area was a total mess !! The breakfast was so awful the hotel refunded us our breakfast cost !! We demand a full refund of the money we paid for the stay, and this hotel be removed from Booking.com’s listing. It is the worst hotel I have stayed at !! Please refund our payment.

Everything the hotel is a disaster.

Breakfast was amazing so relaxed and so much choice ,location just as it looks minute from the exterior ring road secure parking it doesn’t get any better

The only thing was the restaurant closed at weekends but the bar snacks made up for that

Everything - starting with no restaurant food available, lack of staff, broken bed and smelly furniture, had to change room at midnight.

The room was great for families, big, comfy beds, even a fridge freezer and microwave.

The breakfast was not kept well stocked, everything had run out by 10am.

I liked everything. Great contemporary and modern hotel. Amazing staff. Adapted to stay with animals. Everything is really great. I recommend it!!!

Location suited us.

Difficult to find any staff initially. The only member of staff on arrival was doing everything and once she could check us in after serving at the bar was exceptionally helpful. Obviously this is a business hotel so the weekends are quiet hence minimal staff.

Clean, family room was two connected rooms and was very spacious and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms it was a very nice surprise.

Hotel is very modern the rooms. There is a small gym and some billiards and a small play room for babies

Breakfast was chaotic. Room not fully cleaned there was an old slice of cheese in the fridge from previous guest.

The location was perfect for our needs. Our room was very quiet.My cat was welcome.

It’s very difficult to find the entrance of the hotel from the road, especially when it’s dark.

Very friendly and professional staff. Very helpful, patient and kind. The staff spoke English better than we spoke French, so communication was very easy.The atmosphere at the hotel was quiet and calm, which we loved! Housekeeping was brilliant. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy.

The location of the hotel requires having a car or booking a taxi as it was about 20 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and 30 minutes to the tram. There's lots of hotels on that street and the Sure hotel was the very last. The breakfast buffet is not worth €15 per person. We came down at 8:30am and there were only 2 pieces of bacon left. Didn't like the texture or taste of the eggs.

Room excellent but hotel was empty and no restaurant.

Good location, good facilities and able to take my dog.

Not many staff around so had to wait at bar for quite a while to get a drink but otherwise good service.

Great hotel for overnight stay whilst travelling with dogs. Comfortable beds and dark rooms which allowed a great sleep.

It was convenient and great location, feel safe and comfortable with friendly staffs. BF and Bar service was great and very friendly. Cocktails was wonderful!The manager, Thibault very efficient regarding your concerns and made you feel pleasure and warming welcomed.Happy to stay here.

The King bed needs some work to make it comfortable is a plus!

Tha drab surroundings and the absense of a restaurant that served an evening meal with no attemot to advise me where there was a restaurant in the immediate locality.

Nice restaurant, friendly staff and comfortable.

Slightly tricky to find and if you miss the turning you enter a one way system.
