- Rooms are big
- Location and room
- Staff is quick and professional. Parking is wide and easy to use with a big vehicle. Breakfast has a lot of options and is tasty. Room was a very good size.
Cons -
- It's not a 4 starts hotel. Very ery outdated.
- 1. Greeting at check in by Helen was not welcoming.Luckily João made it better 2. Room entrance floor was cracked/broken and was afraid I would get splinters from the exposed wood floorboard. A small carpet would have helped.
- The air conditioning wasn¿t working well in my room. A technician came to visit but it was still quite warm. It would be nice if the wheels for the beds locked. It moved around, which could be unsafe for some people.
