- Front desk personal were very friendly and smiling all the time.
- Booked based on: 4 stars, location, shuttle to airport, breakfast included. Location was the only good experience. 4 star ranking was more like 2 stars. Shuttle was not booked. Breakfast was not included
- Staff very helpful and friendly. Bar was convenient and bartender very helpful and cordial.
Cons -
- Worst experience ever. Warm room with stale air. AC not working. was told that AC was seasonal - not working in winter. Had to open a window bringing fresh air and all the street noise (trash trucks, other service vehicles, etc.) got hardly any sleep
- TV did not work.
- there was a significant delay (30 min) with hotel system confirming booking
