- It's a very nice hotel, with spacious rooms. The bathroom was a bit on the small side. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet as long as the windows were closed. the location was perfect--a block from Restauradores and Rossio.
- Location, room was clean except for mold in the shower
- Location, location , location. Friendly front desk. Bakery/small market in the corner. Good beds.
Cons -
- DO NOT BOTHER WITH THE BREAKFAST. Poor quality "food". Instant "coffee". We tried a few bites, and gave up. They were nice enough to accept the complaint, and didn't charge us for it. But I suspect this wasn't the first time they heard the complaint.
- Small room, super small shower, some of the staff was friendly but some just seemed so exhausted that you felt bad asking anything.
- Carpets in hallways ould be cleaner. Small lobby small elevator. Small room for 3. Expected for Europe standard vey small bathroom.
