- The staff was amazing.
- Very helpful staff; most spoke English and helpful in directing us to certain locations we needed to get to. Our room and beds and linens were very good.
- Everyone was very polite and the hotel was very clean
Cons -
- Need a small coffee maker
- Rooms are way too standard for a five star hotel . Room doesnt even have a coffee machine . The first room we got was occupied so I had to go back to the front and wait inline for more than 20mn , wrong size bad they said wll take care of it never done
- The hotel hallways, garage and rooms don¿t have adequate lighting and it could be a safety issue. My wife was scared to go the hallways or the hotel¿s parking y herself. I brought this up with the front manager and he laughed and said everyone says this!
