Not one thing.

The breakfast added probably 10 pounds to my weight. The staff was awesome.

The room we happened to be in was on the small side. Having read other reviews, we had expected a suite, but were disappointed that the room was a bit tight.

Room dud not meet our expectations. The bathroom was superb, but the room was out-dated, paint peeling, and dirty walls.

Staff extremely informative and attentive. Location was perfect and centrally located. Would definitely recommend the Grecotel Pallas Athena hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

Hotels in Europe generally do not have dressers to store clothes. Would have like some extra storage, but we managed just fine.

our room was tiny. for a couple, we had a room with 2 twin beds pushed together.

Charming and trendy hotel. Everyone from the start to finish was super friendly and helpful. Nice clean room.

Area is not somewhere for a single woman or children late at night.

Excellent service all employees friendly and helpful. Large complimentary breakfast buffet with hot and cold items + foods from Crete. Restaurant open for dinner- good after a tiring day of sightseeing. Great food & service at moderate prices.

Street is noisy so ask for a quiet room facing the side street.

I loved the complimentary breakfast, there were many healthy selections.

There was no outlet near the head of the bed on either side.

With regard to location, on my final, check-out day the hotel was within a radius of the city blocked off for a major bicycle race--and NO taxis could get to the hotel to take me to the airport. The Manager on Duty (a woman) solved the problem with a phone call or two and presto! I had a taxi. Whatever she did was brilliant!

Staff was helpful and kindly packed us a to go breakfast since we departed too early to have breakfast there. Room size is on the smaller side but still comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and clean with good water pressure.

We enjoyed our stay at the Greco Pallas Athena very much--this was the first of two separate stays . Great breakfast, professional staff, and beds. Good location for seeing historic Athens. Recommend!

The breakfast was exceptional and the staff professional and pleasant. We enjoyed our room and felt the beds were very comfortable. The stay was all we hoped for and the hotel was in a good location for visiting the historic sights and for restaurants.

They greet you with chocolates that are homemade at the hotel and so tasty. The breakfast is top notch with fresh smoothies!

They were very accommodating and even upgraded my room for me! Great hospitality

The breakfast wasn’t that great for my liking but there is options.
