Pros +
- Loved the friendliness of the staff, the hotel itself and the location. Justminutes from the heart of the city. Clean and spacious. Great experience!
- We loved how well decorated and comfortable our apartment was. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and even though there are not always staff members present, instructions are clear and easy to follow. I enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony!
- The outside of the building wasn¿t aesthetically great so I was a little bit worried when I first saw it. But once I got inside and into my room we are very pleased.
Cons -
- The elevator was very small but so much better than having to climb the stairs with suitcases.
- Small elevator but can't be helped.
- Normal European small elevator but it was fine.

1bedroom apt very clean, quiet and spacious. Location is in a residential area with many cafes, mini market and acropolis nearby. Hotel employee is the perfect host, informative and eager to assist. Washing machine and dryer available on premises. highly recommend
Location was great. They were very responsive to an issue and fixed it right away. Beds are very comfortable, I was sad to leave it ¿¿
Beautiful rooms and very helpful staff. Locations is very good as it is walking distance from the acropolis and very good restaurants. Reasonably priced. Fully stocked kitchen with complimentary bottle of wine and water. Totally recommend!!!!!
Location
Design/decor - and of course the location!
Attention to detail - the guest¿s needs and wants - was superb. Great proprietor and really just a perfect stay. If all hotels were like this we¿d travel more. Will recommend to all our family and friends and anyone reading this. TOP NOTCH.
Location is excellent. Good restaurants within walking distance. Free use of laundry machine between 4pm to 10pm was a plus!
clean, host very communicative. plenty of rooms for 4 pax
The location is away from touristy section but close enough to the Acropolis. The metro stop is very convenient and easy to find. There are many restaurants and a pharmacy nearby.
The best thing about Great Living Koukaki is its location in a wonderful neighborhood with many interesting shops and places to eat. Our room was very comfortable and the well designed and artistic decor gave a sense of sophistication while at the time same providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it feel like it was our home in Athens.
The location was great. Walking distance to many places.

Normal European small elevator but it was fine.
Super comfortable and clean. The rooms were very nice and the balconies were great. A nice quiet area, but still close to the action.
