It's brand new hotel with good location in the city center. The hotel is so clean where you can see & feel the cleanliness everywhere.

The parking was around 200 meter walk from the hotel which is inconvenient beside it's expensive. The room is so small even I booked the 3rd level of the 4 types available.

The location was excellent. The price was spot on and the staff were awesome. This hotel is in the heart of the city and everything is around that area. New hotel huge room and very clean.

The property is about a 2 minute walk to the metro. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional with lots of options and great operating hours.

No complaints - I would stay here again.

I liked the location, walking distance to acropolis and the touristic areas. Breakfast was nice.

The room was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely view, even better than I expected.The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception team who always made sure everything went smoothly.Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from.The location was excellent, close to the main attractions and only a short walk from the underground station, which made it easy to explore the city.

The only small downside was that the pillows could be more comfortable, but overall it was a great stay and I’d definitely come back

They allowed us to check in early and extend out checkout. Our 3 rooms were all together. A great breakfast.

Small elevators, one broke down.

Location was good

Receptionists were very rude. They can’t be bothered helping you or answering your questions if you need help. The rooms are not quiet, you can hear conversations in the the hallway. You can hear doors being slammed nearby every few minutes. It was not a confortable stay. I was charged 180$ per night which so expensive for this kind of service and comfort. Very bad hotel, i will never go back, and would not recommend to anyone. Also i checked out 2 nights before my intended stay, and they did not refund anything. At least refund 1 night..

The location was excellent, right on Omonia Square with easy access to metro and attractions. The staff were very welcoming and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable.

We arrived at the hotel around 9 AM, right after our cruise ended, and what a wonderful surprise awaited us! Both of our rooms were ready, and we even had the chance to enjoy breakfast. Truly an unexpected and delightful start to our stay!

Small and not luxurious reception

The location is excellent—close to the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stops, and within walking distance to restaurants, cafés, and a shopping center. The suite was spacious and included a complimentary macaron, which was a lovely gesture.The staff were exceptional—very helpful and supportive. I had an issue with my luggage at the airport, and they worked closely with me until it was resolved.

The only drawback was the recommendation for the city sightseeing bus. There are actually three different companies offering Hop-On Hop-Off services, and one of them includes a free extra day and cover all Athens. Unfortunately, I was guided toward the most expensive that cover part of Athens and , which didn’t offer the benefit on a second free day. I only had two days in the city, and I took the bus on the second day. Had I known about the free extra day offer, I would have taken the bus on my first day to explore the downtown and used the second day for sightseeing more comfortably.Other than that everything was great

Location. Serves. Breakfast

I payed good. But they give me back room. Little dark even I told them I book this hotel because I wanna see the view and this is first time for me to visit Greece. The lady offer me to pay 160 Euro more to see the view. Which I see not fair at all.

The floor has no carpet. There was no bad smell in the room.

Since it is located on main street, there was too much noise. Sound insulation was poor.

The TV was not working, the air conditioning does not work and there was no air circulation, receptionist was very rude and try scam me by asking to pay double. Not recommend this hotel.
