The location of this hotel cannot be beat. Wonderful restaurants and bars in the hip neighborhood. I didn't realize when I booked that this was a hostel, but we had a private room, private bath and a private terrace. We also had a small refrigerator in the room. Definitely worth the money. There was a shared kitchen area that we didn't use. Staff was helpful and spoke English. I would most definitely stay here again.

The woman working the front desk was very friendly and offered great recommendations. I stayed in an individual room which was lovely.

The location is very nice! And the room is clean with an elevator. Also the rooftop bar is super cute - would book again!

It is a little noisy outside and the balcony faces a busy street, but it didn’t really bother me.. as I was in the middle of a bubbly area and could really “feel” Athens

The location was very good. The building is modern and stylishly designed.Our room was small but functional. The bathroom was almost the same size as the room—very spacious and nice.Receptionist in the morning (11:00am) was incredible, he was so kind and helped us.

The fridge was both noisy and very small. A chair or an armchair and a full-length mirror in the room would have been nice.Due to the hotel's location, there was loud music until midnight.Although it was listed in the hotel features (streaming like Netflix), there was no streaming available on the TV. Not even YouTube.

Very well located at downtown Athens and close walking distance to Monastiraki metro station. Good value for money and nice breakfast.

Excellent stay! Leon was an exceptional host — friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. You can be the best tourism ambassador of this city by explaining the local tourist features, scenic spots, historical sites, and ways of getting in and out in a simple and easy to understand way.The room was spotless and perfect, with great attention to detail. Ideal location, too.We will come back to visit again if we have the chance.

It didn't have a wardrobe inside the room

Noisy hallway doors.

The hotel was close nearly everywhere. We didn’t use any transportation at all during our vacation. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a room with balcony which was nice to sit and drink at night. The rooftop was amazing and has a great view of Acropolis. Daily cleaning was made by hotel, such as clean towels etc. Staff were really kind and helpful. I highly recommend :)

The only negative thing is the shower was leaking.. we had to spread one of our towels in front of it.

A beautiful and stylish facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well designed. It was a nice detail to have earplugs in the rooms for street noise.

The refrigerator in the room was working very loudly. The bed was creaking so much that my sleep was interrupted with every movement.

Possibly the best staff and nicest people you can ever imagine. I had a fall during my stay and I was barely able to move. The staff on duty at that time made all attempts to help me, including packing my bags and helping me come down and get into a cab. The rooms are spacious and attached balcony is great too. Good location.

The most friendly and helpful staff we have ever met! My husband got sick during out stay and the staff made the stay so much easier during those days! Helpful run to find us doctors and anything we asked for. The room was sparkling clean ! We will stay again and again!

This is not the first time I am staying at Mosaikon. It is a great option for my lay over in Athens before flying to my hometown. Location is just great and the hotel is a good option for a short stay of a couple of nights in Athens. Staff is always helpful and welcoming.

Street noise is an issue regardless of the floor you are staying. This is one of the busiest neighborhoods in Athens centre. Towels were worn off and looked a bit “tired” but they were clean.
