When I made my reservation I included (payed extra) for breakfast when checked in they said that is not included.

The room was spacious and clean. We chose it because we stayed at this hotel a year ago, and we were pleased. That was then.

We were put in Room 311 -Siberia. Unattached to the building proper, there is poor soundproofing so you hear everything going on at street level. When I complained about it, I was offered ear plugs and told "it is not silent time". Never again.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location - staff was also very helpful when we needed a transfer at 3am to the airport due to a taxi strike. Good breakfast in the rooftop.

Staff should have informed us of the taxi strike in advance. We were only informed the day before.

The hotel is excellent, with a perfect location, and the staff are lovely at the reception and during meals.Thank you very much.

The breakfast was good, but very basic. I would recommend not to include this option in the booking especially since there is a lot of food choices throughout Athens.

We originally booked a Standard Double Room but were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Junior Suite. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She took the time to explain everything about our stay, the hotel facilities, and the services available.The entire hotel was very clean and maintained, with a consistently pleasant scent throughout the common areas. There was always someone at the front desk ready to assist whenever we had a question.Our room was excellent very clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed.Breakfast was another highlight. The selection more than enough to start the day, and the staff really made an effort to accommodate any special requests (we did not have one but other guests did), whether it was a different type of food or a fresh coffee. Everything was served with a smile.Our flight back was delayed in a few hours, and the staff and the management took a lot of effort to help us in case we will need a room for the night.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. Next time we will be in Athens, we will definitely book it again.

The service.The breakfast was great- first time we enjoyed breakfast at Athens!!The local restaurant GECO is fantastic!!!Please notice that for those that prefer to sleep early it is a little bit noisy at the weekend-there is a bar at the front that is open up to 1:00 am.

The hotel room was amazing! It was in a great location, it was very spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable!

The only downside for me was the lack of a door on the bathroom. We were staying with our teenage son and I had no privacy getting into and taking a shower. The “no door” on the bathroom may work for a couple but not for a family. Because of this I unfortunately don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.

Greta location. 5 min walk to all the restaurants. 5-10min walk to Monestaraki square and Ermou shopping street. Natasha from the front desk was really very kind and helpful. Decent breakfast spread.

The bathroom in our room had a shower room and separate water closet. The sink was open and there was really no dressing area.

My kids loved the modern vibe. Good breakfast. Very clean. Awesome location!

The neighborhood seems slightly sketchy but once you’re out you realize it’s only a block away from Placa which is very upscale.
