The room was quite small but the problem was the bathroom door which couldn't close all the way...not a pleasant situation to be at.

Not much to dislike, the hotel is conveniently located within a 15min walk of biggest attractions, connected to a very good restaurant and great shopping within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay at Athenian Foss. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Monastiraki, close to great food, shopping, and all the main attractions. The room was stylish and comfortable, and the whole hotel has a cool, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home.The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the atmosphere was relaxed but well put together.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back.

The only thing that could be improved is the shower. The water pressure was very low, which made it a bit frustrating at times. It’s a small issue, but worth mentioning.

Location was excellent! close to everywhere that we would like to go. Love the marble floor and the rain shower! They didn't provide breakfast, but the restaurant was located on the ground floor, which was a plus. We have dinner there as well.

The elevator is too small. The place is a bit too complex, but it's not a deal breaker.

This hotel has an excellent location, it is on a walking street, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the main attractions of Athens. The hotel looks like it was recently renovated. Hotel staff was friendly and polite

Very clean and extremely friendly staff. The location is ideal for restaurants and night outs, as well as shopping in the daytime. The rooms have a/c which is relatively silent, they offer comfy bath robes and slippers, as well as luxurious vanity sets. The views from the presidential suite were amazing and you could see the Parthenon on the side. The curtains were also smart with remote controls and there were extra blinds in the family suite.

The rooms were not spacious, although the showers were large enough. We were four adults in the family suite which was definitely not ideal - the sofa bed was so uncomfortable as you could feel the springs and the width and length were not enough for average sized people. We asked reception to add an extra mattress and they arranged for the addition of a foam layer but didn’t really make a difference. We don’t believe that it should be advertised for fitting 4 adults.For the presidential suite, if there is two of you it’s ideal but the extra bed is a camp bed and not really comfortable (much better than the sofa bed in the family room). However have in mind that the presidential suite is accessed by the lift directly and there is some noise at night from it.

The hotel has very good location, it is in walking distance to practically all attractions.Breakfast is very good, you can choose anything from the menu they have.The staff is really very friendly. We celebrated our anniversary and they brought a cake to our room as a surprise, which is really very nice of them.

Since the hotel is in the city center, there is also a lot of noise. The church bells were the most annoying, because the windows of the hotel are quite "thin" and you can hear everything.The room has electric blinds and electric curtains, which means that you cannot regulate them yourself, especially the curtains - they are either open or completely darkened. If you don't close the curtains completely, the illuminated sign from the neighboring store shines and flashes into your room all night, which was a little annoying in our case.The hotel is advertised as luxury, but I wouldn't rate it as such. There are really more basic things in the room. The mattress on the double bed was very soft. There were also two children in the room with us, who were sleeping on the couch, which creaked abnormally and we slept very badly. The price is too high for what you get.

Central to everything in the middle of Athens. Walking distance to everything- food, tourist places, markets and transport.

location was good. check in staff was very nice. the sheets did seem clean.

the cleanliness. Luckily was only there for 12 hours between flights or I would have asked to leave. every corner was dark, dirty and surfaces were dusty, i was absolutely not walking on the floor barefoot. I have photos if need be.

The location is right smack in central of Ermou area. Walking distance to metro stations, Syntagma Square, Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki Square, shopping & eating places and easily accessible to many other touristy places. In a nutshell, it is at a perfect location where you do not have to spend so much time taking public transportation to/from popular touristic places as these are all within walking distance. We stayed in Deluxe Family Room, and whilst the sofa bed is not fully comfortable to sleep on, the room space itself is sufficient/manageable for a family of 3. Room decor has minimalist modern design and pleasing to the eyes. Special mention to Denitsa and Eva for their always warm and friendly welcome, as well as their assistance throughout our stay. Indeed a place to return to if we are back in Athens.
