Everything - for the price, this hotel exceeded my expectations in all areas. I would stay at this hotel again when in Athens.

Friendly and helpful staff. So kind to help set up transportation via WhatsApp. The room was clean.

I expected a small room but there was not a lot of space to put our things. Perhaps moving the snacks off of the side table would have helped a bit.

The location is great, the hotel is nice and, new

There were no heat mood in the air conditioner but it was still plesent in the room.

Ordered airport drop off thru reception and was expecting normal good taxi but got private driver Who drove so crazy in high speed of 140 and driving on emergency road and taking over other vehicles from wrong side and was really crazy . My wife and I was really scared but did not want to argue and thanked god to reach safe to airport . Not acceptable .never had experience like this before . Hotel should not offer these services if it is not professionally handled. It was worse part of our trip in Athens we thought we gone have accident any moment

It was a good centralized location and nice rooms. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The check-in process was also quite simple and easy.

The television did not have any Smart options and it was a bit noisy late into the night from the restaurant/bar across the street. Several wall plugs were coming out of the wall as well.

Location was perfect in a lively area of Athens within walking distance to the Acropolis and other cultural sights. Nice staff and close to great dining options and street art.

The bathroom. It was a very odd shower/bath situation. Hard to bathe and not get water all over the bathroom floor. It would be a very difficult hotel room for an older person or someone with disability.

My room was very noisy since it was close to the reception (talking all the time) as well to the main entrance of the door.room 04

The room is very small. There was a tiny table that was not enough to eat on. The reception desk is not always occupied. The air conditioning kept on stopping .

Did not have outdoor pool as advertised. Indoor pool was only one hour/day. Rooftop bar was closed..

Perfect location within walking distance of Monistaraki & Ancient Agora. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

I can only recommend this hotel. It is very convenient, as you can easily reach main attractions by foot, and the metro is not that far away as well. The rooms are very clean, modern, and the bathroom is one of a kind. The staff is extremly supportive and helpful (big thanks to Dimitra and Joanna!). Although the hotel doesn't serve breakfast directly, it offers the opportunity to grab something opposite the ally. I took the opportunity to grasp the morning atmosphere of the city, while having morning coffee and breakfast outside. Overall, a very pleasant stay, it was my favourite in Athens

There is nothing to improve from my point of view. The only thing I regret is that I had no time to use the spa. It looked very inviting

Excellent location and EXCEPTIONAL 5 STAR service. The reception staff, especially Ms. Despina at front desk went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate myself and my many requests and questions. She was eager to help with anything, no matter how big or small, with a smile on her face. From restaurant recommendations, to upgrading my room, to date changes. I even forgot my passport at the hotel, and Ms. Despina found a solution to get my passport (and bank cards to me), without me missing my flight. She was ALWAYS at the ready and didn’t skip a beat. I have NEVER experienced exceptional service like this before. I will only be staying at this hotel in Athens from now on. Highly recommended - for the service alone! The hotel itself is great too. The shower was also one of the best I’ve used too. Lots of hot water and strong water pressure and even included a loofah. Just PERFECT.

Small faux pax with receiving frayed bath towels, but honestly, I genuinely can’t think of anything else.

We stayed for a weekend, the room was amazing and the bed very comfortable, very well located too. We went to the pool and sauna, everything was perfect, very relaxing moment, the water was heated. We will definitely come back!

THE LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR THE CITY BREAK.EVERYTHING IS JUST A LITTLE WALK AWAY .there are so many restaurants around .10/10 for location .the rooms were clean .Bathroom was modern and clean too.

no hair dryer in the room.if you r staying in the ground floor it can get a bit noisy .

The room was beautiful, amazing view, and extremely clean. The location was perfect, which made exploring the city nice and easy. And the staff were all lovely. 100% recommend staying here!

There was a minor problem with the hot water whilst we were there but was quickly sorted.

We stayed in the Acropolis view rooftop suite, which was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Super balcony to enjoy the morning sun with a coffee. Great to have the Nespresso machine in the room (although could have done with a few extra pods). The toiletries provided for use were lovely, and the little gift on check out was a lovely surprise. Great location for some lovely little bars and restaurants, and a pleasant short walk to the Acropolis. Staff were lovely, and very helpful and friendly. We would certainly stay here again in this room.
