Hotel @Syngrou Fix

Great location: less than 15 minutes walk to Acropolis with loads of local shops near the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean with a small balcony.

The location was perfect. The breakfast was very good. The balconies were very nice. The rooftop view was great. All the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Elevator was very small. The marble floors in the shower were very slippery when wet. We greatly appreciated the shower slippers you provided.

Located in a hip neighborhood with great restaurants. It's within walking distance of the major tourist sites in Athens - Acropolis, etc.

Breakfast was OK, room needs updating, hammam not working or too complicated to switch on. Outrageous price for the quality of the room. Noise of street, balcony useless and surroundings without any love.

Location excellent near metro syngrou fix, also the bus pickup to the marathon is just in front! Clean comfy room, strong wifi and aircon, and excellent mediterranean breakfast!

The location is very good. I would say 20 minutes walk from Acropolis uphill. A well sorted supermarket is just 3 minutes from the hotel and restaurants 2 streets down.Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in any hotel. Large variety, fresh fruits, tasty cold cuts and cheese, 5 different breads, pastry, sweets, juice, water, tea, coffee. Everything you desire.Staff is amazingly friendly, helpful and forthcoming.

There is black mold in the bathroom and the room and bathroom have a terrible smell to it probably due to a moisture problem. Fridge is humming loudly at night. Our room was to the side but the main road is noisy 24/7 around so earplugs are mandatory when staying here. Cleanliness could be improved as the room was very dusty, coffee mugs and spoons weren't changed before our arrival as they were stained from previous guests. Room service was inadequate as only the bed was done. Bed sheets were blood stained.Wi-Fi is uselessly slow.A weird error occurred as our key cards were reset three times and we weren't able to access our rooms so we had to go to the reception to get the key cards fixed. It was very annoying.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning and staff on duty were welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was great and the location to the acropolis was very convenient. We even had a small view of it from our bedroom window

Small size rooms, small elevator, coffee machines leaking water even after being replaced, noisy neighborhood, anyone from surrounding rooms or upper rooms use the toilet you will hear the noise of water in pipes, if you go late to breakfast it would below fair

Great location in Koukaki neighborhood. Nice breakfast selection.

Bed was hard as a rock, and I generally like firm beds. Had to sleep on piled up pillows. No sound proofing - I listened to the receptionist greet people all night and receptionist had a bad cough so I listened to her cough all night. The shower flooded the bathroom and I slipped on the wet floor.

Great room, amazing shower, big breakfast, and a surprise 6th floor balcony with a view of the Acropolis.

The location within a 10min walk to the Acropolis is hard to beat. No views from any room (we didn't expect one) but make a point to check out the view at night from the roof ! Also very impressed with the breakfast: lots of variety (more than expected), quality was great (better than expected particularly given so many options!) Despite less-than-perfect start, enjoyed the rest of our stay and would recommend as a great value for a very convenient location.

The only unfortunate start we had to our stay was that we arrived early and were told we could come back at noon and our room would be available. Came back after 1pm and room still wasn't available and instead of an apology, the response was "Check-in is supposed to be 3pm" which we would have been ok with as an initial response that morning. Staff was very friendly throughout which helped a lot but I hope they can focus some attention on making sure they follow through on the commitments they make else it can feel like lip-service instead of customer service.

We liked this hotel's cleanliness, staff, and location. It's an easy walk to the Acropolis and an abundance of amazing restaurants. They're own food is amazing as well. The breakfast was full of savory to sweet selections, with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as juice and coffee options. An overall great place to stay.

The only thing I think could be improved upon would be to put fans in the rooms to help distribute the cold air from the a.c. The vents are immediately above your head when you enter your room, and only angle toward or away from the door.

The room is beautifully decorated with neutral and calming colours down to details like the ceiling lights and the stand lamps, the hooks for the towels in the bathroom!. Not to mention the bed, the linens and the pillows, all to the perfection. The receptionist all
