Location! Staff! The lovely marbled bathroom and incredibly soft bed and clean bedding.

The wall were kinda thin. I could hear guests laughter and 4am phone call??. There was slight cigarette smells in the hallway.

Great Location, Fantastic views from restaurant, good breakfast.

I loved this location and this hotel. We sprung the extra $10 or something for a view room - IT WAS AMAZING!!!! The Acropolis was right off of our balcony. Also there is a breakfast on the rooftop with spectacular views and great hosts and foods.

location is good.. but that is not as important as a clean room without mold all over the place.

The bathroom sink and the shower were full of black mold!! This hotel should not be on booking.comits a health hazard!!

Didn’t like the view of our room. It was a tight room with too many beds.

Breakfast N/ARoom was a little small for 3 beds and luggage but we appreciated the 3 single beds

The water leaked out of the shower as there was no door to the shower stall.

It was very good, well maintained property and at best possible location .We booked a family room, where bathroom was really big and nice, infact there were 1 big bathroom and another 1 small toilet so kind of 02 people can do stuff at same time . Mattresses were very soft and good . Breakfast menu and view from the breakfast area were very good

The bar on the top closed for New Years midnight and not serving food at all, underestimated number of tables for breakfast, the beds on the edge of being comfortable. Breakfast box extremely poor.

We booked two rooms, and upon arrival, they kindly upgraded one of them. At check-out, they also allowed us to keep our rooms until 1:00 PM, which was very convenient for us. The staff were always friendly and smiling.The beds were comfortable, and although the rooms were not very large, the hotel has an excellent location close to everything: restaurants, cafés, the metro, and the airport bus stop. The sound insulation was very good, and we couldn’t hear any noise from

However, it would have been better to use glass cups instead of cardboard ones in the room. Also, the water bottles were only provided on the first night, and more attention should be given to cleaning the floor.

The staff. It was told kids are free for brkfast. But they charged me one day and other day didn’t charge me, when i checked they refused to reverse it

We had a great time at Astore hotel, the team was a great after I had problem in the first time the team helps us to move to another room so that’s was really fast and thoughtful service!The area is perfect for someone want to be around everything few min from the metro from the coffee shop and the shops

The breakfast was not varied and they served the same meal all three days. So maybe you can skip the hotel meal

Location was great. The rooftop restaurante has a great view and the breakfast was good.

I guess is not a problem of the hotel itself but outside it was very noisy that affected my sleep.A peculiar festine is that the shower área had no separatio from the test of the bathroom and the shower itself was handheld only. That meant that it was water all over the place which was a problem when entering the bathroom after taking a shower. Of course one can clean up, but it feels unncesary because it is a designio flaw.

We booked 2 rooms. Over 200 euros per night ! And 1 of our rooms was tiny ! One of us stayed in such a small room she had to walk side ways because she couldn’t even pass through the door ! These 2 rooms were prepaid and cost over 1600 euros for 4 nights! How can 1 room cost the exact same price as the other when it is half the size ??! There is no excuse ! We asked the staff to move us from the tiny room and there was no availability ! Only on the last day! It was clear that they gave us a terrible room at the highest price because of our prepayment ! I will never stay here again ! I found them extremely manipulative !

The room was very nice. The location is excellent, and the staff are very nice.

There could be more lighting over the bed for reading. Also having an ice machine would be good too, so you do not have to bother at the bartender.

Air con didn't work.Room was cramped ( 3 people)Strange rule that said we were not allowed to play cards on the roof bar after 8!!!??

The location is great. And easy 15 minute stroll to Acropolis entrance, 5 minutes to the Hellenic parliament, minutes away from the Plaka.The view of the acropolis from the restaurant is awesome. Breakfast was also great.

We had a room with three beds, and it was on the smaller side. BUT it was a good value!

Excellent location which allows you to walk to all the highlights in Athens. The bar downstairs is wonderful as is the bartenders!Our room was of good size and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a wonderful delight as the Acropolis was the highlight of breakfast. and yes breakfast foods were very good.

We didn't like the showers as water could not be contained to the shower area as the small glass wall was of little use. We also had a slow drain so the water backed up on the floor and we always needed extra towels to mop up.

Location

The hotel is not suitable for families with children. The rooms are extremely small, even though we booked the family room. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told that all rooms are the same size. The staff was unfriendly, and it is clear that small children are not welcome here. Not recommended.
