- Great location in the heart of all The action! Shopping galore all around.. Acropolis roomview was breathtaking. Our last night on Sunday we were surprised with a sunroof free dance party with free finger food and drinks..
- Beautiful design, squeaky clean, very comfortable and spacious in a vibrant location. Highly recommend.
- Everything is great. The women at the reception gave good guidance on what to do, where to eat, and places to see.
Cons -
- Nothing to dislike. Everything was amazing
- The mattress is just okay. It’s one of those thin ones that easily sink. That can cause back pain to someone like me. That’s the only thing I would change about this hotel
- The nightclub across the way had loud music until midnight.

Very clean, modern room. We were only there for one night but would go back for a multiple night stay. Was a little hard to find as it was on a side street, and the uber driver wasn't quite sure himself where it was. Other than that, it was perfect for what we needed. Very close to Acropolis and a square with a flea market. Shopping and restaurants all around the hotel.
We're four adults and the apartment where we stayed was large, modern and with all basic amenities. Located a few steps from metro Monastiriki.
Helpful staff, well located, spacious, good kitchen facilities.
The nightclub across the way had loud music until midnight.
The apartment was very nicely decorated., with Refrigerator, stove and Nespresso machine with a nice presentation of capsules.
The entrance was a bit weird, and difficult to find
Best location possible, great communication and seamless check in experience, the place is spacious and beautiful
A bit noisy at night because of the rooftop bar nearby but with all the doors closed it was okay
Amazing location in the heart of all the historic monuments, great facilities, super comfy bed and great staff.
Beautiful room and very clean.
Location in market area not open to car traffic. Staff at reception desk not always there.
Location Location Easy access to and from airport 9 euro each way
Loved the location. Loved how big it was. Loved that it was new modern and cozy.
As described, clean and moderne. Good shower pressure
No view from windows
Suites were very spacious and clean. Gigi was always available when we had questions and went out of her way to help with something my daughter left behind.
The entrance can be a bit confusing the first time but then was fine.
Great location.. We were able to walk everywhere without the need for Uber/Lyft
While there is signage, it is not easily identifiable. Same for the entrance. The location would be difficult to find if you arrive at night but once you know where its at you will have no difficulties.
Location was perfect - near the Acropolis, shopping, restaurants and the metro. The room, which included a kitchenette, was very clean, a/c was great, and we could see the Acropolis from the room. Gigi was the perfect hostess, staying late for our late arrival, explaining where everything in town was, and even turning on the a/c before our arrival so the room was nice and cool. The area around it is very eclectic with a great vibe. Would definitely stay there again the next time we're in Athens.
Great location, just steps away from Monastiraki square. New and clean suites.
Limited staff hours. Rooms lacked the bedding to accommodate 4 people.
Well maintained and clean
It can be loud when other guests move around due to the concrete floors.
The front desk woman GiGi wasn’t extremely accommodating nor was she very friendly. The bed has a very thin sheet and very thin waffle blanket, not very comfortable. The faucet in the bathroom was broken and when I told them about it they said yeah I know it breaks every week. It was taped on with a bandaid. The shower had black mold on it. The space is also above a very lively shopping district with people staying out at all hours of the night you can hear very loud music and gangs of people walking on the street.
Bedding and the unfriendliness of staff.
The room had a good view of the backside of the Acropolis. The room was a comfortable size and had most of the things we needed. There were 2 bottles of water in the ref when we arrived. It is very well remodelled and there is an elevator.
The worst thing about this apartment is that it is right above the flea market of Monastiraki. They never mention it in the listing. So you enter in a small alley between 2 stores in a pedestrian street. The taxi stop is maybe a half mile away so you have to DRAG your suitcases through the flea market in those uneven stone streets! You can't imagine how difficult that is if you have to drag your suitcases and try to find the address in a busy flea market! If you ask for directions, nobody knows because the suites are located upstairs and the signage is not visible at all.The bathroom soap shelf was falling down, the toilet paper holder was also falling down. There is some sort of bar or event venue above the room and it can get noisy if there is an event and the noises from the street below also can bother a light sleeper. Luckily, we had ear plugs! The other thing that bothered us the most was the staff! I nicknamed the woman in the front desk, "Dragonslayer."She couldn't be bothered with your questions and her personality was so offputting you wouldn't want to ask her anything. She made us feel that our questions were stupid and not worth her time. After arriving exhausted from dragging our suitcases, she greeted us with, "Why are you going upstairs without checking here first?'Duh, how do we know you are there hidden behind a desk in this alley? We thought that she couldn't be the front desk person. She was!We asked for help with the stovetop and she glared at me and said she was sending the cleaning lady. When the cleaning lady couldn't get it to work, she unwillingly came up and berated us for not figuring out how to work the thing! We said that the cleaning lady couldn't figure it out either and she gave us a look that made me give her the nickname. She shouldn't be in the hotel business by any means. Anyway, she made our stay at the Muse Suites unforgettable for all the wrong reasons.
