Pros +
- Clean warm near from to much shopping
- Very clean, helpful stuff and good location, everything was perfect
- Amazing value for the price, walking distance to all important sites and very close to the metro. The vending machine with bottled water and snacks in the lobby is also great.
Cons -
- Nearly from metro and big bus stop
- Everything was perfect
- The area can be a bit iffy late at night, so take normal precautions when walking. I'm a female solo traveler and I didn't feel unsafe, but locals did tell me to stay alert just in case.

I always book this hotel because of the proximity of the location to the tourist attractions. Very near to the metro station which is about less than 5 mins walk. I always stay here everytime I visit Athens. It is all very good for me. A lot of improvements especially on the door lock.
Nothing. Only thing is that in the middle of the night some guests are too loud entering their hotel room. The hotel should put every floor a signage to advice the guests to toned down their voice in in entering their room.
Staff are lovely helping
The area have homeless but none showed any negative behavior
It was a nice stay and spacious rooms for the three of us,very clean and comfy.approchable staffs and very attentive in
It was close to train station and secured
The neighborhood full with people having drugs
The reception staff spoke good English and tried to help us and mediate with the manager about the unexpected problems in our room.
1. While the hotel itself may not control the surrounding area, guests should be aware that it is located in a very unsafe and unpleasant neighborhood. The street outside is littered with garbage and frequented by individuals openly using drugs, even during the day. I'm aware that many cities face drug issues (including where I live), but the level of visible activity here was deeply unsettling.2. The photos online showed a charming coffee place used for breakfast, but upon arrival, we found it completely closed down. The exterior area was in a state of neglect, which felt misleading based on what was advertised.3. Our room had a strong, persistent smell of mold that didn't go away even after leaving the windows open. We also found several hairs on the pillows. To their credit, the staff did offer to replace them promptly. The sound insulation was also not good as we could hear people on the street screaming and the TV from another room during all night.4. The most serious issue, however, was the bathroom door, which would not close due to warping of both the door and frame. Initially, the manager sent a caretaker to inspect it. After about 10 minutes, the caretaker admitted the problem was significant and would take time to fix properly. Nonetheless, he attempted a quick fix under clear pressure to provide a fast solution. As expected, the repair was makeshift, leaving the doorframe visibly damaged and the door still not full operable. What was most disappointing was the manager’s initial response. Despite the obvious inconvenience and the fact that the bathroom door was essentially unusable, the manager showed clear reluctance to acknowledge the issue or offer a reasonable solution. Only after repeated insistence and a lengthy discussion did they finally agree to issue a refund.
The location - it was quite close to city centre. Also, the receptions, ehom seemed to work on a shift basis, were very helpful.
Basic essentials were lacking, esp in the bathroom - no soap dish in the shower; there was no vanity in the very small space and the faucet had a leakong pipe. Also, there could be noises heard during the night and early morning from guests staying next door and noises could be heard from the very small lift that could barely hold 2 persons. The hotel, even though it is close to the city centre, is in a very ditry and unsafe are (Metax.) In fact, we were told not tp walk in the area after dark.
I got the room on the rooftop, with a view of the city. The room was clean and I could order a room cleaning without a bother. The staff was very nice and communicated with me.
Near the Metro. Receptionist very helpful and replied fast to my messages.
Have to climb the stairs with my heavy luggage to the 6th floor. Lift only reach the 5th floor. Room is very very small, cannot even lay flat my luggage when opened. Toilet also very small. Don't book this place, if you are a plus size person!
It clean, close to subway station and the staff is very helpful
The neighborhood is not the best; the bathroom had a weird smell
It is close to the subway and the staff is friendly and always willing to help. It is ok for a couple of nights, but will depend on the room. During our vacation we stayed 3 different times in this hotel. The second time (this review) was not good as the first time. We got the family room.
This time the bathroom was smelling weird kind of bad; the neighborhood is the not the best, but still safe in my opinion
very clean, room was high floor and filled w light, good internet, kind staff
Close to the subway station, very clean, friendly staff, close to restaurants
A little noisy at night but nothing overwhelming
Just staff were nice.
Location was terrible especially at night time. Junkies are everywhere. Sick tap was leaking , kettle was stolen and wasn’t there. I bought one and …
Good location and very clean
The door to the bathroom did not close and the thermostat on the aircon didn’t work
I like the balcony, water kettle, cleanliness. My room was on the top floor was very clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful. As for the 'rough neighborhood' some people on the review point out, I think it's not the hotel's fault. A few steps to the next sidewalks or alleys then you will find yourself in the shiny part of the street again.
Overall I like everything during my stay.
Everything was clean, staff was very friendly ? super location, close to everything?
Everything was fine
Good price for the value, clean room. good location
We were party of three, but they refused to give us 2 room keys. Ask twice but they flat out refused.Construction going on next building, not the hotels fault.
