Cons -
- Hot water was intermittent but that was not the big deal for us.
- Unfortunately down the street is not secure and the street is full of homeless with drugs problems the positive part is close to bus stop and easy to find transport
- The location a little bit weird because the opposite of the hotel is the land of homeless and drug addicted so if u don’t worry about it so its ur best choice to stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, good location, really close to metro station. Great value for money!
I saw comments about homeless people, but they are on parallel street, I've never seen any of them to come close to hotel.Small bathroom was ok for me, just moving curtain was uncomfortable.
To be honest, it’s a good hotel — not fancy, but in a very good location. It’s only a 3-minute walk to the metro and close to downtown. The reception service is good, and you can find everything you need. The only problem is that there are many homeless people in front of the hotel, but the area is safe because the police are usually around. No one will bother you; just be aware of your surroundings and don’t engage.
Very nice hotel, fair for the price. Clean, spacious, and very nice staff at the front desk/housekeeping. I stayed alone (young female) and felt very safe in the area surrounding the hotel. There’s a metro station nearby and a good food options.
Wifi was a bit unstable at times but nothing too bad.
The reception was helpful and nice.
The room was really basic and not clean. The moment we checked in , there was a bad smell. At night there was no hot water for showers. The neighborhood is not a good place at all (lots of drug addicted people and homeless in front of the property.
The location is perfect. It takes 15 minutes to get to the downtown. The lobby is super cosy, and it feels like home. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is also a lovely cafe next door with reasonable prices.
Absence of slippers : )))
Serves the purpose kind of place. Location not bad, since almost everything in Athens is walking distance and i like to discover a city on foot. You need to walk thru different vibe streets to get to your aimed destination and this gave me the real feel of the City not just touristy stuff. So depends what ur after. For me, in this respect i loved it. PLUS, Reception people?? Most helpful and pleasant people you would love to come across not just everyday, but especially when you are visiting a different place. THANK YOU
No amenities not even a kettle /basics, bed too soft caused back pain.
Very friendly administrator and staff. Compact but cozy hotel - a good place to stay while exploring the historical sights of Athens - located in the city center, near the metro station.
Didn't notice anything
Very nice little hotel with pleasant lobby and nice sized room, and a balcony. Shower with great water pressure and bed was really comfortable. Maid service was excellent.. Noise was never an issue. Walk to subway was 2 short blocks and many good restaurants in the area.
Really nothing to complain about.
Location, staff
Drug addicts, beggars in surrounds, traffic noise (swearing).
It’s an older hotel with character! Very clean, excellent staff, and an incredible value.
There’s nothing to not like!
The staff were amazing, the room was big, clean and confort
There was no breakfast and the facilities were a bit old
I liked how close it was to the metro station. It made it very easy to get around everywhere and even though I had to leave early in the morning my friend I was traveling with was able to check out in my stead. The attached cafe was also very nice.
The shower area was very small, but usable.
Staff is very friendly and responsive
Location is not good, surrounding reminds some getho with homeless and drug addicts. Area is dangerous- be alert. Some criminals stole golden chain from me.
I liked everything about this hotelStarting with the extremely friendly and helpful staff to the clean and tidy rooms The location is very good few steps from the subway and walking distance to menistraki .. the coffee shop has excellent coffee and delicious bakery The price is very affordable , and for me it was best value for money
Actually I didn’t face anything negative
I loved my second stay at the hotel. It was as good as the first. I got my room early (which I wasn't expecting) as a returning guest. Valentina at the front desk was wonderful, offering me fresh orange juice, coffee, and water as I waited in the air conditioned lobby. Athens was very hot while I was there and the air conditioning in my room kept me cool. The mini-refrigerator was useful, and the bathroom was good. There is an elevator, and the hotel is quiet -- especially in the back where I stayed. The coffee shop adjoining it makes amazing coffee and is used by locals and visitors. They allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out, and made me feel at home and very welcome. It is located near some nice restaurants, and is very near the metro and bus lines.
The bed was a little firm for my taste, but I slept well.
Valentina was an amazing help to me. She let me know about the area, called a taxi for me, answered my questions and even carried my backpack out to the taxi for me. The lobby is delightful, and quiet. There is a cafe adjoining the hotel. The room was clean and quiet
Nothing. It was a great place from which to venture out to Athens.
Had room with bathtub, kind staff
Great location near metro, but near a a street to avoid, looking like drug addicted people area
