Crystal City Hotel

This place far exceeded the rating given. Very clean, courteous staff, good breakfast. Easy check-in/check-out, location with lots to do. The rooms are small from American standards, but very typical for European standards, but very nice.

Location was fairly central. Staff was helpful. The breakfast included was exceptionally good.

The beds were horribly hard. The AC barely worked. So our night sleep was uncomfortable in every way.

I was very disappointed when I arrived and there was no transportation for me. The reason I selected that particular hotel was because of the shuttle to and from the hotel. At an unexpected additional expense I had to make my own arrangements.

The hotel location, staff and cleanliness was satisfactory. They were unable to assist me with my transportation which was very important in a foreign country.

Friendly staff; Basic accommodations; Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Nice restaurant and Cafe Bar.

The internet was slow at best.

1 staff member specifically was very helpful to English speakers. She wasn't rude or treated me differently like the others. Rooftop bar was awesome!

Location wasn't great and hard to find hotel, not great signage. The room was completely outdated and had stains on the floor. Many staff members were not particularly nice to English speakers.

There is nothing to like in this 1 star hotel. And it should be removed from booking.

The rooms are not like in the booking pictures. The size of the rooms is smaller then the one posted on booking. When asked about it, they said that all the hotels post the same type of pictures (lies). The breakfast is awfull and the person that brings the food looks like he is throwing garbage away. The rooms furniture is old and mouldy. The location is bad and it doesn't look safe at night. Not safe to leave a car parked that is for sure.

The location is good near a metro station, bus stop or a 20 minutes walk to main areas. Nice rooftop bar restaurant with a great view of the accropolis.

Tv did not work for 2 days. The air conditioner do a terrible sound all night. I asked for another room and has the same issue. Never will stay there

The staff was helpful and welcoming.

The short shower door which made showering without getting water on the floor difficult. There was no shampoo, only body wash, conditioner, and lotion in the shower.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.The gave us a 10%discount voucher for a local restaurant.

The room we had (611) was rather tired.

The area is not the greatest not much around in the way of shops etc

Friendly staff, access to a large bakery open 24 hours and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Clean, comfortable rooms with a lovely roof top bar and views of the Acropolis.

Lack of variety in the breakfast. Almost the same every day. For the rest, OK.

Going on the roof top and taking dinner was really great

Only problem was the street that is Hotel close by it's not that really safe.So ho ever is trying to go outside yeah watch your belongings

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Location is great—close to the metro and not far from the city center. Nice view of the Acropolis from one side, and breakfast was varied with good options.

The AC had no remote and it made weird noises. Cleanliness was poor, and the shower was small.
