Great breakfast, central location, easy to find. Comfortable stay overall, very close to the metro and to Athens Archaeological Museum, which was the focus of my work visit. Taxi to the Acropolis was only a few Euros. Would recommend.

The staff advised me on where to find a pharmacy on a Sunday (when everything is closed), called a taxi for me (for the airport), and helped me with my luggage. Very good breakfast with a nice variety of foods. Quiet and comfortable.

I would have liked to take a bath but I couldn't because the bath tub did not have a stopper.

Nothing everything was great just may be the room need some more appliances like a kettle

Very convinient location, just 2 minutes from the Omonia Square and the metro. Very decent buffet breakfast with great service. Every day room cleaning and towels change. 24/7 exceptionally friendly reception.There is a safe locker in the room, Ask for the key at the reception.

Shower is weird.

The room was great for the family, Location was good too.

They must add some coffee/tea facilities (water Electric kettle) in the room.

Next to the vibrant Omonia Square & it’s metro stop. Though they say it’s a rough area, I enjoyed staying there. The reception area is pleasant with its bar and chairs outside the building. They checked me in at 1:00 PM when the room got ready. The hotel itself is not modern, which exactly I look for when am in Europe. So facilities in the room is classical. Comfortable bed. Sufficient toilet. Hot water always. Thick curtains. Peaceful sleeping. No noises. Strong WiFi. Good breakfast. Left my luggage safely upon check out for hours.

I wasn’t bothered by anything but the fact that my best male friend couldn’t visit me in the room. It felt like am in Egypt or other third world countries. Isn’t this Europe? Just take a copy of the visitor’s ID & let tourists not feel trapped in a prison lol. This issue will make me rethink where I wanna stay next time!!!

Front Desk staff provides excellent customer service .The swing shift staff scheduled our 3am coffee and cookies for our early check out and was graciously prepared by the Graveyard shift - Rafael Thank you

The hotel staff is very professional and kind. They resolved a mistake I made with the reservation in a professional manner

Bad behavior

The reception lady behave badly when I told her that the Park is very far for 70 years old man so I left the hotel and l lost my payment

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and staff were nice!

The location is very scary….We were told not to go outside at night!

Breakfast was very complete and excellent service...The staff kept replenishing the food as needed.The recepcion was very pleasant and helpful.The Omonia area has changed since my last trip to Athens in 2019...and it's a little the worse as far as safety...A lot of abandoned buildings. That is the only thing that may detract from the Hotel a little...but I did not feel threatened in any way...I just chose to turn in early at night..

They can't help that the area has turned a little edgy at night...because of abandoned buildings...and questionable people loitering on the streets at night...and also during the day.

Hair dryer type not practical at all the room is good for a single person but for a couple it would not be due to size

Miniature elevator for one person and a luggage; A/C not working properly; drainage in shower not working; no glass doors in shower but plastic curtains; carpet not clean well; tv so low you have to watch it either from the chair or sitting down on bed; horrible view from balcony; area didn’t look too good to walk around at nights

Beautiful property. Amazing staff. Our room was very comfortable and we probably had the best room in the entire hotel beautiful view from our private Terrace.

It’s not the hotel’s fault, and the Greece economy is obviously doing very poorly. Many abandoned buildings, a lot of homeless people on the street and it just didn’t seem like it was safe at night.

Kind and helpful staff, 7/24 open desk, comfortable beds. Close to city center (10 mins walk).

A lot of people complainer about the enviroment and homeless people but in my experience those kinds of things did not bothered me. If you use the main street (and avoid narrow streets) there is nothing to be afraid of. Sounds from outside of the room were easilt heard that was a negative part. Breakfast wasn’t exceptional but for this price I found it acceptable.

Amazing location, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The place is clean and value for the money
