Plumbing systems not up to date

Room was very small and the bathroom was tiny and very uncomfortable. Basically, there was no elbow room to move. Very disappointing.

Yes, bathroom, shower, no conditioner and no body soap. Very disappointing.

It was very clean, the room was spacious, and the location worked out perfectly for our plans.

The hotel is excellent because you have both hotel service and a very large apartment that offers comfort.We are a family of 5 and we were located in an apartment with two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds and lots of closets where you can put your clothes.The living room was also spacious with two comfortable and wide sofas with access to the balcony and a beautiful view of the city.The apartment has two fully equipped bathrooms. There is also a small separate kitchen with all the necessary elements. The cleanliness and service were at a very high level. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We spent 5 very nice days. It's location is ideal for exploring all that Athens has to offer.

Hotel easy to reach from airport by direct bus or metro, easy to reach Lycabettus hill, only 1 station far from Syntagma so pretty close/decent walking distance to some attraction points. Very safe and clean area around (near to Hilton hotel, National Galerry), having bars, restaurants and a nice Greek terrace exactly on the hotel corner. The hotel room was clean, comfy beds & pillows, pretty quiet (access on the small internal yard/garden but with a small/acceptable continuous noise from a heating plant, I believe, and the room door is quite noise when closing), small but well equipped bathroom (having a very nice smelling shampoo/shower gel and even body lotion!), full daily cleaning room!, useful heating can available for an additional tea/coffee in the room. The breakfast was acceptable, same for all days, with good fruits or pastry options, for those who prefer. Very nice people at the reception who helped me with info when I had some medical problems.

In no connection with the hotel, be careful that if you have a medical problem the pharmacies are not open on Sundays and even a big hospital near the metro station at the gate they told me no doctor was available on Sat/Sun!

We booked this hotel for one night stay in Athens. The requirement were: close to metro station on airport line, breakfast, 24 hours reception. We got a four person apartment instead of two at no charge. It was huge. It had everything. We were not able to enjoy all it has to offer because we were leaving next day. Breakfast was very good.

For the long stay it was out of our price range. The location is in the newer part of the city, you need a metro to get to the most historical places. We didn't noticed any grocery stores around. For us it was not relevant. Their web-site does not work properly. i was trying to book directly, but my booking was lost somewhere. I had to do it using booking.

Cleanliness

Too old, Too small lift which can’t carry 2 people with luggage at a time. Lift door opening too close to stairs - too dangerous. Smoking rooms are being given for non smoking bookings. Too short space for breakfast. Not enough breakfast supplies. Simple yogurt wasn’t available.

Courteous staff, quick to respond.This is an older hotel with basic breakfast included. Walking distance to bus and metro access to both city and airport.

It's about a 30 min walk to the acropolis...

One night stay but the staff was super accommodating and friendly. Great food and everything you need in a close proximity
