- Clean
Cons -
- Shower was broken. Air conditioning didn't work
- The air conditioner was very weak in room 717, and I couldn't sleep whole night, it was 33°C in the room. The shower was very small, snd kept changing from cold to hot and vice versa every time one of the other rooms used water. It's very noisy each time someone passes the hallway.
- Many things absent, no phone in the room, refrigerator broken, no balcony as mentioned in room details.

The breakfast was good. Comfy beds. We were top floor which was nice. Tall ceilings
Water leaking from the shower screen and the fridge when I turned it on. I did let the receptionist know and they noted it down.Loud fridge and air-conditioning.
Cleanliness
Location and safety
clean .helpful reception .secure parking over the road.
arrived at midnight and the area did not feel safe. But in the day time the location is very convenient for the centre
We booked a room for two but the mattresses were not clean so they gave us another room which was very very small and no
The mattresses in the room we booked were not clean The neighborhood was not appropriate especially by night
Good location and hygiene
WiFi is too weak in room
Good breakfast, nice and tidy room with balcony.
location was a bit odd, especially police running surrounding areas. Though, we spent only one night with family.
The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful BUT-The location is the worst you can get. When we arrived at the hotel street we saw homeless people and drug users all around the place. Above all that, we search for hotel with parking and there’s no parking.. this hotel is not suitable for families
1. Location is bad and not safe2. No parking
We were moved out of this Achillion hotel to a nearby one due to a technical problem
I had booked a room with a balcony, but when the hotel had to move me to a nearby hotel due to a water problem, I found that the new room didn't even have natural light in it. The window opened onto a ventilation shaft within the building. I tried to get a partial refund, but Achillion would not engage, stubbornly stating that the new hotel was an upgrade. It obviously wasn't, I was downgraded from balcony to no natural light. The location was not good with riot police on the streets during my stay.
The room was spacious and very clean, all staff were friendly and smiling. The breakfast was very good with many choices. The hotel is about 3minutes walking to the Omonoia metro station, which makes it very convenient.
The internet connection was not the best one.
The staff were friendly, had a lovely approach with us non Greek speakers from New Zealand despite our late check in. Super helpful and went out of there way to make our stay fantastic.
Overall ok, but really not worth it
Expensive, some staff were rude.Except for one young guy who was really nice & friendly.
The breakfast was excellent, they have both hot plates and cold plates. The room was big and clean, and it's situated not far from the metro
I loved the fact that breakfast was planned to be greek. Room were too small and internet was choppy. Although location is centre of city but surroundings were little shady.
No change in menu during our stay of 4 days. Rooms were too small, Internet was choppy, Air condition was not functioning effectively.
Bad
Rooms are dirty, poor room services (an old kettle with 2 tea bags and 3 DIRTY plastic cups, old shampoos and dry soaps in the toilet, empty bar: that's all) with broken furniture in the rooms, broken door locks in the bathroom, huge chemical stain (soap?) in the window to the terrace, rusty faucet and shower. When it comes to breakfast > first and foremost: un-trained, un-professional, and even un-polite staff. Dirty tables with big stains and food left-overs on the table-cloth (when asked the waiter for a clean table, as there was NONE, I was answered it was normal, as it was breakfast time.....). Poor food, with "plastic" eggs, hand washed glasses still wet, lack of spoons, cups, sugar, and so on. Position of the hotel: NOT SAFE for tourists. Home-less camps down the street, all around the hotel building, with frequent fights and loud speaking even at night time. Main entrance of the hotel ALWAYS dirty with broken glasses and bottled, waste, abusively parked cars, and total lack of care by the hotel management to make it at least decent.
Location, Breakfast, Staff.
Minibar was empty.
Bad
Based on the current weather, instead of turning on cold air from the air-cond, they turned on the heater! I was sweating in my room. My request for turning on the cold air was disregarded. Instead, they want me to sleep with the open window!I opened the window, soon I was accompanied by mozzies!
