The hotel front desk was very Friendly & helpful!

It's close to the Omonia station where you can easily go to the center, though it's not far to go by foot. Our room had balcony which was very nice. All stuff are very friendly and helpful

We didn't have much hot water for shower one day

The property is well-maintained and close to metro. And I love the 24/7 reception. The guys there are super helpful about everything. Any question they would really accommodate you and give you recommendations.

The hotel is in good location, close to many nice places and the the front desk gus are very helpful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful — they constantly check in to see how you’re doing and assist whenever needed.It only costs €2 to store luggage, which is wonderful!The room had a balcony, and the location is about a 15-minute walk to the center.It’s a budget-friendly stay. If you need to buy a suitcase or other items, there are shops nearby where you can get them cheaply, usually in cash.

I forgot to take a photo, but there were someone else’s underwear hanging in the bathroom.I understand it’s an old hotel, but I had the impression it wasn’t very clean.The area itself could be cleaner.Also, the location isn’t particularly great they say similar neighborhoods can be unsafe. I personally didn’t experience anything, but it can feel uncomfortable. There were some homeless people and other issues around.

Location was great, as were the staff, and the place was clean

It was in a terrible part of the city. The elevator and all the doors were so loud, they woke us up every time they were used. Our room smelled like cigarettes and there was a weird window in the bathroom that when you opened it gusts of smoke came in.

The price was good, and the location was central to downtown. The staff is very nice. The wifi is good - I was able to take zoom calls without interruptions.

The rooms had a stale smell. The bedding is old. The beds are soft and old, and you can feel the springs.

Nothing, the rooms are completely different from those booked on Booking. They are smaller, dirtier and more okder than those seen in the pictures

Nothing. I was so disappointed. I did not stay. This hotel is in a very very bad area. I did not feel safe with my family so we left to go to a safer spot. There was peeling paint and Sheetrock that was damaged from water leaking. We were asked to leave our key with the staff if we left the building which is extremely concerning with all of our belongings left in the building. Driving up to this place is terrifying. The staff were very polite. That is the only nice thing I can say about this place.

The room we stayed in 208 had ceiling damage and the sheets had burn holes. The place was outdated. We stayed for 11 hours until our flight back to the U.S.A. The bathroom size was okay but didn't have face towels. The twin size bed we requested was super small and reminded me of a cox in preschool. The area was not good people were shady characters selling stuff in front etc. This area is not for the scared or weak people.

The location was very convenient to get to most places of interest by foot. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. Room had an efficient air conditioner. It also opened onto a small balcony to let fresh air in if you wanted.Overall, it was extremely good value for the room price. I would happily stay there again and would recommend it to others.

For the price, it would be unreasonable to expect more than what the hotel provided. I have no criticism to offer.

Horrible.

The street is not comfortable for someone who is unfamiliar with Athens. Rooms lack soundproof, you can hear people in other rooms going to bathrooms. Phone noises all night long, from other rooms and the hallway. Plus the horrible smell of cigarettes all the time.

Every thing was completely fine nothing special or majorly amazing but for a cheep easy basic hotel with everything you need for a short basic stay everything was spot on

Nothing not to like to be fair it's all kept clean some items in room ie furniture is a little dated but all perfectly adequate for a short cheep stay in Athens nothing to dislike to be fair

Great view of the roof tops and a big balcony with clear patio doors. Nice decor and lighting, comfortable beds with a light quilt and extra blankets in the wardrobe, soft pillows, a big mirror, cups and saucers, glasses, a fridge and a hairdryer. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport.
