The Pinnacle Athens

The biggest asset this hotel has going for itself are the wonderful people working there. Of any hotel I've stayed at, in any country, they had the most friendly and pleasant employees working at that hotel.

I did not encounter anything during my stay that I would have considered an issue. Even the smallest thing, like needing an extra blanket, was provided.

We had a genuinely excellent stay at The Pinnacle. Every reception staff member was very helpful and engaged throughout — proactive, friendly, and always ready with practical support. The complimentary touches were a great bonus and made the experience feel extra welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a strong selection and very good quality. The room was spotless and well maintained, and housekeeping did a consistently excellent job. Overall, comfortable, seamless, and highly recommended — we’d happily stay here again.

The hotel’s location is truly perfect, the beds are very comfortable and clean, the bathroom and toilet are extremely clean and hygienic, and the staff are genuinely very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it and will absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This boutique hotel is simply amazing. It is located in the heart of Athens. Very clean. The atmosphere inside is amazing. First of all people working there are so nice, polite, friendly and very very helpful. I love you Guys!!! Especially I recommend fantastic breakfast, restaurant with good traditional Greek food and the rooftop with a beautiful view of Acropolis and of course drinks. I recommend this hotel for all of you traveling to Athens.

They upgraded our room and gave us 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen. It was great. Very comfortable beds?Great location, walking distance to city’s attractions. Breakfast was good?

There was a road construction in front of the hotel and started at 7 am which was noisy. It will be completed until Christmas anyway.

What I loved:• Perfect location – Literally in the heart of Athens, just a few minutes’ walk from Syntagma Square, Flea Market, the best restaurants, and the metro. You can explore the city on foot without wasting any time on transport.• Spotlessly clean – The room and common areas were immaculate every single day. Housekeeping did an outstanding job.• Excellent service – The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.• Thoughtful touches – We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of nice Greek wine and a lovely thank-you note on departure with some local sweets and treats. These little details make all the difference and show how much the hotel cares about its guests.• Modern, comfortable rooms with great beds and a fantastic shower – exactly what you need after a long day of sightseeing.

Honestly, I struggled to find anything negative. If I have to mention something tiny, the street outside can be a bit noisy at night if you’re a light sleeper and keep the window open, but that’s central Athens for you – the air-conditioning works perfectly and blocks it out completely.

The decor is lovely and although it's a small hotel, the room we had was spacious and the bathroom too! The staff were personable, friendly and always happy to help. The staff really made the place stand out for me. You'll also notice that the hotel smells lovely from the lobby to the restaurant on the top floor. As it was our birthday and anniversary holiday, the hotel organised a bottle of wine and cake for us which was a beautiful touch that made this property 10/10 for us.

Best location, the apartment with spacious, good hospitality, the staff was very friendly, helpful. Very quiet neighborhood though it’s close to the main attractions, tea and bars. Highly recommended!
