Rooms are newly renovated, staff are nice and good. Location was good.

The sorrounding area is not nice, lots of graffiti thats make you it unsafe walk at night,I hope they will clean it up.

The staff member who helped us check in was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, and fairly spacious.

The location of the hotel wasn?t great. Just around the corner there was quite a bit of people living on the street which led the location to feel a little less safe than I would have liked.

The room was very small, the hotel staff wasn?t very friendly, using an iPad to work basic lighting was not very convenient

Cleaning staff was friendly and thorough!

None of the USB plugs consistently worked, we had to make sure to plug things in just so, and be careful not to bump them in any way.

The rooms and hotel itself was fine. The room was clean and spacious.

The location of he hotel. It?s apparently in a very bad neighborhood. I didn?t see the previous reviews and we made a mistake of walking to the right as we stepped outside. And all the druggies were there. Quite scary.

This hotel was booked to spend the night before I fly out of Athens at 6 AM in the morning. It was advertised as a close by to the airport. This was not the fact. It was a misrepresentation. The hotel is gorgeous, but quite technically advanced.

Very modern, clean and well-maintained hotel. My only observation is the technology is too high for someone in my age. I had to go to a tablet to control the lights. I thought that was difficult.

It is very clean inside the hotel and the staff are nice.

Rooms are very loud, you hear everything, drug addicts outside all the time, right by a bar that you can hear loudly until middle of night. Area is really bad, homeless, drug addicts, barbwire on everything. Scary. Some rooms are very small.

The hotel and room was very clean, had everything that you needed in the room, good power shower and lovely comfortable beds. Staff were all welcoming and very helpful. Will definitely be booking here again next time we visit Athens.

Walking distance to plaka,markets, and Acropolis. Enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and it's up to date features for a hotel

1-we didn't get water bottles every day, in fact, we didn't get any after the first day. 2-no wash cloth for the shower, and sometimes bath mat wasn't replaced

It was really clean, good breakfast

Area was sketchy, clear sign of drug use across the street in public by the church, weird smell to it, I was told there was a shuttle to airport was included but they just called a taxi and I paid 50 euro, cleaning staff was very rude front desk as well

The pillows are too fat and uncomfortable ¿ I couldn¿t use them and made a pillow out of the corner of my comforter!
