- Small hotel in Plaka , the room was clean with a balcony , good value. Bathrooms clean but smell weird, we open window and go away .
- the breakfast was ok for the price we pay.the staff is very good trying to help all the time and do their best. We are sorry that we need to give this rate, but owner needs to respect the guests more.
- The location was amazing. Almost couldn't be better. The design and layout of the facility is boutique and stylish. The staff is friendly and relevant. They worked well to please guests. Late night staff was very helpful.
Cons -
- Nothing bad , good for the price , more than what I expected
- we was 3 rooms at the hotel and the first day we had all shower with cold water. After we report it second day, we manage to have a warm shower.Third day again cold water. I believe the owner should give attention to his guest more and to the hotel maintenance problems.
- The cost is high for what was offered compared to other similar places. The breakfast was basic. It was good enough, but I would have liked to have fresh eggs and more protein options. Overall, it was good for what it was. The servers were very friendly and helpful, and provided great recommendations.

Location was perfect ! Right in the popular Plaka section and close to the Acropolis. We didn’t use the metro , but this hotel was quite close to it.
It was a nice hotel, it was located in a great spot to walk around and see different things. Staff was really nice and they have a nice breakfast spread.
excellent walking location. innovative decor. modern bathroom and A/C. excellent helpful staff. very clean.
a few items needed repair. we reported them tho’ we don’t know if there were repairs b/c our stay was short.

Close to Plaka area with shops and restaurants, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast provided. The room was minimal but clean and a good size!
It was great for what we needed— a final night stay in Athens before traveling home.
Our room was advertised as Acropolis view— but We could not see the Acropolis. Patio was epic though so that certainly helped make up for that.

Shower lacked ability to hook hand held in place…took one week to repair! Toilet seat was broken, maintenance tried to fix however continued to be loose and wobbly. The biggest problem was my inquiry regarding stairs and was told there was an elevator…which was true, however there was a short flight to climb before using the elevator. I asked about a refund and moving hotels since my husband has Parkinson’s disease and was told it was not possible! Staff was polite and tried to make amends with a fruit tray and wine however…the stay was very uncomfortable and difficult for my husband.
Front desk girl help me calling on Sunday to find an open pharmacy, also a cap to take over and bring me back with meds She was my angel
Location was not bad
A extremely small room with no AC. No one tries to solve your problem
Good location
A room with no AC in Athens in the summer is hell. We stayed for 3 days at the hotel and no one even came to the room to look at the AC to try to fix it. A ton of empty promises and zero action. A miserable stay and lots of apologies but they did nothing to help us arguing the hotel was full and they had no rooms to give us. Stay away from this place.
Very good location
The elevator was not that good.. but everything okay because of the location of the hotel. We were able to do everything by foot
Breakfast was good. Staff were nice and helpful
The area is very busy, we stayed on a Saturday and a lot of noise until 3am
The location was great, clean, helpful hotel staff, good English and hints to navigate the city and attractions
The room was cold but probably spot on for summer, we were there late April
The hotel look small on the outside, but my room was pretty spacious. I really like the design of the room: simple yet modern style. The sofa bed was also pretty comfortable. The staffs were very friendly and helpful; my family need to leave early to the airport and they happily arranged an early breakfast for us. The breakfast options are limited, but the quality is pretty okay. The only problem was the elevator, which is very very small (probably only fit 1 person and 2 large suitcase). The location is very good; close to most popular tourist attractions. I think they also have guests space for printing, working, and projection for watching movie, although I did not notice that until my last day of the stay.
The elevator is very small, so it was a bit inconvenient to get the luggages to and from the room. The option for breakfast can also be improved.
Great location - lots of restaurants nearby, close to Metro stop Syntagma, Plaka, and all main attractions. Great balcony and very good breakfast.
I recently had the opportunity to stay at Urban Frame Plaka, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including comfortable bedding, a well-functioning air conditioner, and a clean bathroom. Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently situated near metro station, making it easy to explore the area and had a good connection to airport and Piraeus port. I had only stayed one night, but overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Urban Frame Plaka, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay in the area.
Smiley and friendly staff. Great vibes. Very clean room. Location - center of everything. If ever again in Athens, booking there.
