It was clean, but they did a renovation when I was here. I liked my second room better. It was easy to find since the signs was a big display in front of the hotel. Nice big beds and I slept very well. They had cleaning ladies and reception open 24/7 wich I prefer in most hotels. Only 15 min. walk from Syntagme. Would definitely stay here next time. Good price for a very nice hotel room.
The outside was a bit scethy and dirty outside. Some prostitutes outside and a bit dark outside wich didn’t do good for the first impression outside the hotel.
Nice cozy stay. Cleaning the rooms every day. Reception open 24/7 and they had room service. Everything nearby and I will definitely stay here again for that price. Big good beds with a hard mattress wich is good for my back. Bathroom inside wich I like and are private.
The outside impression.

The best staff - helped me so much with everything!Exceptionally good cleaning service - every day my room was cleaned and arranged.Great value for money.Location is great and bad at the same time - very center but quite nasty area.
Location - it is quite nasty area with strange ppl around. But also very center, 10 mins walk from old town and 5 mins from the archeological museum.
Hotel is avarage if you do not want to spend much time in there. Staff is so helpful. Overall it is a good place just for rest.
I said it is a good place for rest but... There is incredible noise around hotel. There are many homeless and addict people on hotel's street and in front of street. Also in my stay one of the neighbors listen and also we listen increbidle noisy music ( most of them are 200s populer songs and Indıans songs etc :D )
nice room and bedding. good shower bathroom. close to metro.
some dodgy streets around. building work next to property.
Room was small but really cozy. It was cleaned every day and we received new shampoos and towels every day as well. Furniture was new and in a good condition. It was really nice people at reception desk who always were ready to help with everything.
Area looks very unsafe and criminal to be honest. But receptionist made us sure that it just looks like this no one will touch us. Well, it was true. And it was problems with internet for 3 days. It wasn't any at all.
The front rooms have balcony
Rooms are very very tiny, there is no seperation or cabin between douche and wc in the bathrooms. so whenever you take a shower all bathroom gets wet which is really annoying.
The room was always clean, the staff were friendly and the hotel is a few minutes away to the metro station, which is quite central to touristic places.
The neighbourhood was not nice, prostitutes were around. We arrived at 1 am, and it was a dark alley with dubious looking people around. Regarding the room, there is no privacy in the toilet. The walls were made out of glass, and there was no shower curtain to separate the shower from the toilet, so the whole bathroom was wet after taking a shower. The bathroom did have hanger for the towels, and since everywhere was wet after the shower, one needed to be creative to not get the towels wet
Bad
Area full of addicts and prostitutes ,tried to shorten the stay but both booking. Com and the actual hotel refused to this ,terrible customer service on both parts.
price
Location area very danger full of prostitutes drug dealer I not recommend especially for family...
Friendly staff, very comfortable bed and linen, next to metrostation
I expected there would be a balcony instead of window. But it's not a critical issue
Room was cleaned everyday, extra towels, and shampoo left for my use. Other places I've stayed in Athens, I had to ask for all these things.
Neighborhood has fallen prey to influx of outsiders.
The staff was very kind. There is certainly good value for its money.
Very small rooms and a little fallen apart. The part of the town is also very sad at night.
I like it to the people who try to do their own best.
But the noise coming from neighbors was to much. Is because of the New Year’s Eve. That’s ok in the end. The location looks great but I can’t say same for the district ?
The staff and the room were nice!! Good for small stays!!
The location felt were creeepy.
The staff was very nice and the room alone was actually good for its price.
Some bugs in the room and sketchy street at night.
