    Pros +

    • - good location-clean-comfortable bed and sheets
    • Staff very helpful and friendly . Good breakfast
    • Good location in Kolonaki.

    Cons -

    • - tremendously impersonal service- way overpriced for what it is
    • LOUD !!!!! Street noise is a disaster in the rooms and also the drums from above rooftop ( restaurant ) discoteque till 1 a.m.
    • It was not clean at all. Very average ambience and not much vibe. The breakfast was poor. I found the bathroom very dirty. The room had stains and finger prints everywhere. I don’t think it’s worth the money at all.

The location is about 15 minute walk from the Plaka. Some streets were a bit dark to walk thru and I would not walk them alone, but we had no trouble. The room was spacious, nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

We were hoping to check in early as we have titanium status, but our room wasn’t ready until 2 pm. They did store all our bags until then, but after a 12 hr travel day we really wanted our room and a shower.

    Quiet hotel and boutique style

Housekeeping was less than 5 star standards. They didn’t clean properly and they didn’t organize the room at all. Bed cushions were randomly placed on the couch, bed wasn’t properly set in terms of pillows and sheets. There was no organizations at all. Amenities were never refilled. There was no dedicated conceirge services so we never got the information we need

Second time visiting.Beautiful hotel, excellent location. The spa with Valmont products is a fantastic addition.

Rooms are a bit small (we had a suite and it still felt a bit tight)

The rooms where spacious and comfortable but in need of an update.

    10TommyPosted on: 2-4-2024

Their bathrooms are excellent. Clean. Chic. Lots of water pressure from the rainfall shower head and shower wand. The bed was comfy. The room is cleaned daily, and sheets changed. Big soft bath towels. I couldn’t hear much from the street. It was quiet. The room is equipped with a coffee maker and coffee pods. The lobby bar is cute and well stocked for both morning coffee and evening cocktails. The roof bar is great too, with an enchanting unobstructed view of the Acropolis. In terms of location, you’re a 10 minute walk from central spots like the shops of Kolonaki, the shops on Ermou, lots of restaurants and cafes. The Cycladic art museum is nearby. Metro stations are close. The Syntagma is a very short walk. It’s a good location. The front desk staff was helpful with suggestions and info, including staging airport transfers. And it’s a Marriott property, so you can collect Bonvoy points.

    I can’t think of anything.

    Very sweet and friendly staff

Lack of pool, little bit high price

The treatment of the receptionist was not nice at the time of the check in. The staff in general are not friendly. The hotel entrance located directly to the street and not easy to stop the car for drop off passengers .

Rooms and bathroom is good but small

    8MOHAMEDPosted on: 12-11-2023

Attentive and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, room decor and generous with amenities and bottled water.

Room window does not insulate the noise from the street.

    8AndreasPosted on: 10-28-2023

The breakfast was fine, the staff in general were extremely helpful and friendly. For our purposes, the location of the hotel was perfect with all our destinations being within walking distance. Finally we were very impressed with the quality of the food in the Japanese restaurant which was only outdone by the view of the Acropolis.m

Ideally it would better if a book of the hotel’s amenities were provided.

Neat, smart, good location, near Plaka, awesome view of the Acropolis and excellent service.

NO. This is the last stop before our two-month trip to Europe in 16 European countries and 19 European cities. I didn't expect it to be the worst experience in all the five-star hotels in two months. Definitely not a five-star standard. The whole hotel seems to be cobbled together by various contractors! The meaning of the hotel It is to help customers solve problems, not to use various regulations to confront and restrict customers, a high-level hotel knows how to deal with customers' reasonable requirements flexibly.

1.Opposite is the wall of a building, definitely not city view. 2. When we returned in 22:30, we told the reception that we hoped to order breakfast for the next morning to the room , the recep let us to ask the bar. The bar said that the restaurant was closed at 10:50 so we couldn't make a reservation. After we explained the situation to the recep, a female recep said that their hotel can‘t book breakfast, we have to call in advance to make a reservation the next morning. It was inconvenient. During our two-month journey there are menus in the rooms of the other hotels, just need to hang the menu on the door. When we explained it, she seemed impatient and didn’t want to continue listening and just looked at her computer. Finally she called the bar and told me that the restaurant open until 23:00, the bar made a mistake, so we went back to the bar. Depending on It is extremely difficult to book breakfast here, we asked to book breakfast for the next two days, the bar said it can only be booked for tomorrow for exception, but if since you have already made an exception once, why can't you make an exception twice? We were told the latest delivery time was 10.30am and even our request for a latertime was denied. Another barman seemed more mature came keep told us they couldn't order breakfast and I had to repeat what we had booked for the next day. When we asked if it could be delivered later, he told us that they have a breakfast a la carte menu, which can last until 12 noon, and later his young colleague did not apologize for the wrong information. We returned to the hotel at 22:30, and returned to the room at 0:30, wasting two hours, and finally they still refused to book breakfast for the next two days, just kept saying and saying this is a rule.

    False advertising

I had booked a city view room . paid top dollar for it to only arrive and find out that my room wasn’t what I had paid for and wasn’t as advertised.. they blamed booking for the mistake I don’t find this to be true

Great location as it is very close to the most of Athens's attractions as well as to St. George hill restaurants and bars at night. I would definitely stay here again. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower pressure is perfect. And the food and the view at the rooftop restaurant NYX was amazing, highly recommend, especially their ceviche.

My partner complaint about the gym facilities, but then it is a hotel gym, and we are in Europe. I got all of my exercise from walking around the city.

Very nice hotel, nice location. Clean rooms and surroundings. Spacious room - great for my daily yoga practice. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Great drinks and sushi in amazing rooftop bar with amazing view.

Open bar breakfast didn't have many options unless you choose something from card menu.

    10MikiPosted on: 3-27-2023

Perfect breakfast perfect location and perfect rooms. There is a nice japannis restaurant on the hotel roof with a view to the akropolis

The parking near the hotel have better prices than the parking that the hotel works with. Left from the entrance after the bank.

    7AshPosted on: 3-20-2023

Rooms are fairly modern, TV connectivity is decent and good rooftop bar.

Overpriced for what you get, coffee machine leaked and didn’t get fixed after notifying staff. Towels were small and frayed, mattress was sagging.
