The staff was always courteous and willing to help. Their assistance arranging our to/from pick up was very helpful. Location was perfect for the Hop On /Off bus and there were many restaurants and shopping around.

The breakfast was not the best and could be improved for the cost. It?s not included in the room and the food didn?t look appetizing. We went somewhere else for breakfast.

Central location, yet private. Clean and modern, good staff. Great breakfast.

In a noisy section of town, but if you're looking to be central, that happens.

Through booking.com I got a free breakfast, the hotel denied, besides I’ve been costumer for couple times, the never offer me as a courtesy and totally ignored me

Located on Ermu street about 15 mins walk from Sintegma square the center of the city and in Plaka just a 1 min walk from monesteraky metro station. So Amazing Location and windows are sound proof so no noise. The staff are very friendly and helpful

My room was across the street from the main hotel. There wasn’t a headboard or real cupboard. A little noisy in Ermou Street, but excellent double glazing.

Excellent location, we could not be happier. Check in was smooth, even with our late arrival (after midnight). Breakfast buffet was fantastic, with the view of the Acropolis from the rooftop room. Room was spacious and comfortable. Shower was fantastic, hot water immediately, great water pressure.

Rooftop / breakfast room not available in the evening, so need to go elsewhere for evening views of the Acropolis. Laundry services are available but expensive per item.

Good location and walking distance of main attractions.

The common area of the building smells really bad (no bad smell in the room though).The shower is good but the curtain floats and stick to the body when taking shower. It would be better to have a real door.

The location was great! Breakfast options were great as well including the view! Room was nice and spacious.

Room was sparsely decorated, bare walls. Flood lights outside windows made it too light in the room, even with the blackout curtains.

You could not ask a better location! Everything we wanted was in walking distance, including the Parthenon!Amazing view of the Acropolis at breakfast.Our bed was comfortable. The shower was wonderful, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.We will stay there again next summer.

Super well located right in the middle of the monastiraki, around many restaurants and just a couple of minutes away from the parthenon and so many other points of interest. They’ve organized shuttle for us, and the house was extremely quiet even though our windows were right in the main street. We had a partial view of the parthenon too! Breakfast was good, and price was on point.

The location is excellent — walking distance to the main historical sites, restaurants, and shops. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great balcony view. The bed was super comfortable, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. Breakfast on the rooftop was a nice touch with beautiful views of the Acropolis.

There was some street noise at night, but that’s expected given the central location, nothing to worry about

The location is very central. The view from the breakfast room is very beautiful on the acropolis. Monastirkai is very crowded and loud tho, the hotel room was pretty isolated but you can hear some noise. We are not light sleepers , so we slept very well. The bed was very confortable.

The smell of the trash … it was really really very smelly in the whole hotel. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. It’s very expensive for what it is. Not well maintained. The bathroom was noisy , you can hear the water sometimes running through the toilet and the shower. The electrical plugs near to the bathroom was not functional. We used to stay in another hotel near by 5 min per feet. Same price but we wanted to try another place this time. I would recommend for this price to choose another place in Athens. They are plenty of hotels more comfy and with better breakfast.

The pictures on the web site show their property across the street which is not the same view. Also the breakfast area has beautiful views but is closed after breakfast ends

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. We loved this room, plus the hottub on the roof. In addition, everyone at the hotel was very kind with great service. We cannot recommend this hotel and room enough.

Our stay at Lotus Inn was excellent. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Athens, offering easy access to all major attractions.We booked a Junior Suite with a panoramic view of the Acropolis. The suite is located on the top floor and features a private terrace, offering breathtaking views both during the day and at night. It was truly a highlight of our stay.The room was very clean, and the hotel maintained a good standard of cleanliness throughout. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful.We also appreciated the option to leave our luggage at the reception after check-out at no extra cost, which made our departure much more comfortable.We highly recommend Lotus Inn to anyone visiting Athens.

Well positioned, clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and the breakfasts amazing.

This hotel consists of two parts located in separate buildings on opposite sides of the road. The room is in one building, while the reception and breakfast area are in the other.The location is great — close to Monastiraki Square and the metro station. It’s quite noisy in the morning and evening, but quiets down after 10 or 11 pm.I really liked the soft linen and towels. It was my first time booking a room with a massage shower, and it actually worked! However, I wouldn’t say the room was cozy.I had a spacious room with a balcony and a view of the Acropolis. There was plenty of space to do my morning yoga on a mat.Breakfast was okay, but not what I expected from a 4-star hotel. The omelet wasn’t very tasty and had a strange texture. There were also sausages, cheese, pancakes, cakes, and jams. I was disappointed by the salad with cucumber and tomato — it was mixed with oil and spices, which didn’t feel like a good option for breakfast. Also, there were no regular-sized cups for tea. Thanks to the lady at the breakfast area who kindly brought me a big cup — she was very nice and helpful.I don’t like single-use soap and shower gel. Please consider using dispensers — they are more eco-friendly.A real shock: there was no iron or ironing board! They charge 5 euros to iron one t-shirt!
