Coco-Mat Hotel Athens

Great location Great rooms Comfortable beds

Updated rooms, very helpful staff, wonderful breakfast, great location

The hotel is located in a great area of Athens. The rooms are super clean and modern. The staff taken from the front desk, room service, housecleaning, and the beautiful girl that drives the shuttle were all very professional, hospitable, and invaluable.

The hotel is not suited for handicap individuals.

The hotel is very charming and stylish. The bed was comfortable and the room was extremely clean.

The room was very dark with only one window that faced an atrium. The room was frigid and we were only given one blanket.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, efficient, good location

Small rooms but not a real negative

Location and staff.

nice room

Hıw central the lıcation is and how friendly the staff is

Just the heating

Great location, very central. The bed was very comfortable

The room was right above the street so it was very noisy. The shower was in the middle of the room and water was leaking everywhere. The layout of the room was very uncomfortable.

Close to walk to main area, breakfast included, beautiful rooms and great staff

The location is very convenient for us as a couple. Breakfast is really good.

Water goes out of the shower was very embarrassing for me

Cleanliness, Bed’s Comfort, Location.

Everything.. location, rooms. Staff, design, comfortable beds, silent rooms

Staff, location, Bed

Excellent staff, breakfast

The hotel is in a busy street. I was able to get an interior room with no outside noise. Recommend to sound proof those windows in the rooms facing the street

Location and staff was good. Bed was comfortable

Room was very small and dark. No view no nothing. There is no lobby at the hotel. You go inside a home decoration shop, which was weird.

Comfort of the mattress

There is no lobby and the breakfast area is at the basement no windows

I just love this hotel and the neighborhood. Our room was quite spacious and had all my preferred amenities. Plus, I love the breakfast and the staff.

My only concern is that I thought the room rate was a bit high. That’s all. Of course I’ll stay there again.

The room was very well equipped and comfortable. The bed was wonderful! Breakfast was quite good. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything tidy. The rooftop patio is a hidden treasure. Room service was good, healthy and reasonably priced. The location is AWESOME, so many great restaurants to choose from and wonderful attractions within walking distance.

As others have noted, it's odd that the place at street level is a furniture store, and having the reception in the basement is a bit confusing, but staff was wonderful in pointing everyone in the right direction. I also had the adjoining balcony issue where there is little privacy, but I experienced this in another hotel so it may just be a common practice. But it kept me from spending time there as there was a neighbor taking calls on his and it was not going to be relaxing for me :)

ALL THE ABOVE

NO HEATING, THE HOTEL DID NOT CONNECT THE HOT AIR, AND THE STAFF WAS GIVING US NO SATISFACTORY ANSWERS. I AM AFRAID I BECAME SICK DUE TO A LACK OF HEATING
