Location and cleanliness

so small, noisy, bad location….

The room was facilitated. But some stuff needs to be ordered separately from reception, like hair dryer. staff were very supported and having a customer service orientation. The most great thing was the hotel location which is in Omonia close to the most attractive places.

The rest room was a little bit not comfortable because the toilet seat was positioned too close to the wall.

The location was perfect, and the entire staff were all very friendly and helpful. It’s a clean & comfortable hotel. There are lots of cute restaurants and shops all around. And the food everywhere is delicious.

The property was fantastic. But the street and the views are heavily tainted by graffiti-which normally I don’t mind but the streets and views were warn down a bit.

The balcony over the quiet streets was a really nice to relax at night time. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful- even just coming in and out of the hotel they were friendly greeting us etc! Really good spot if you want to be near the city but in a quiet area- we walked everywhere and had no issues.

Staff is nice.

First night I woke up with bite in the arm, at first thought it was allergies to the sheets, but during the days the swilling was clearly three bites in a row, plus others in my legs. Last night (3rd) clearly hit me that it was bed bug :( I had an early ferry so I didn't complain directly with the hotel.

Easy to get to the main attractions. Close to the train station.

Very close to the Metrostation Omonia and a 10minutes walk away from the towncebter Plaka.Also staff was very nice and helpful.

Clean and cozy room, with extras like disposable slippers and kettle for making coffee/tea making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, an excellent experience!

We only needed to stay one night in Athens and Elikon was the exact fit for the purpose. Helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed and shower.

The hotel is comfortably located just around the corner from a metro station, but the neighborhood didn’t feel so nice, there was a lot of hateful graffiti everywhere

Comfy room, everything that we needed was there, good quality for the price. The great thing about the place is the location, right outside of the Omonia metro station and a great cafe place downstairs.

There was a bit of a sewage smell from the bathroom and shower leaked on the floor a bit, but it was not enough to be really disturbing in any way.

The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful and the room was wonderfully clean.

The location was a bit unsettling but I didn't encounter any problems. It is considered close to the city center.

Great hotel, very close to the red metro line. There's baggage storage available and some shops nearby to buy food and water. The room was big enough, the AC was really good since it was hot outside. Friendly staff and always there if you need anything

We didn't have body soap at the room and had to get down and ask, the reception woman quickly rushed to give us some shampoo bottles. So no complaints but we'd highly prefer to have shampoo next time :)

Location is excellent, like 200 feet from Omonia Train Station, 50-100 feet from a supermarket and restaurants. Staff is super friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Big atractions are also within walking distance.

There is a big step getting into the bathroom, elevator is small and when getting out is some steps in front of it. Both weren’t a deal breaker for me.

Check-in was very uncomplicated, as the reception is open 24 hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful. On our departure day, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel, as our flight wasn't until late in the evening. The location on Omonia Square is perfect for exploring the city's sights. The rooms are very simply furnished, but they're fine if you don't have high expectations.

Everybody at hotel was very helpful. The location is very good. The room was very clean. I really liked the hospitality showed. Thank you.

The hotel is located in Osmania and is near the metro station, about 50 m. The room is renovated and clean. The staff are nice and helpful. The bed is very comfortable providing us a good quility of sleep.

Soundproof is not good enough.
