The cleanliness and Location

The rooms had multiple flaws. We had to switch rooms 3 times in our 4 night stay. In 1 room the shower leaked, 1 room had no AC and smelled like the restaurant. They gave me 20? off the last 2 nights after requesting an upgrade to the better pricier room

Exceptionally clean & pleasantly up to date. Staff EVERYWHERE were accommodating & polite. Such warm hospitality. So romantic sitting on the upper levels in evenings for drinks, appetizers & view of the Parthenon. Close to all Monastaraki happenings!

The hotel is clean, the staff is nice and they offer umbrellas in case it's raining, the food in breakfast is really good and they have freshly squeezed orange for breakfast

The room is quite small and the closet is small too. My room had good wifi only in the bathroom. We didn't have hot water for showering at night only in the mornings, the bathroom in general is really small

Location, friendliness and the rooftop

Delicious breakfast. Perfect location - close to all attractions, in the heart of a vibrant city climate. But even then not very loud in the room. Nice roof bar. Warm and helpful staff - in the reception, in the restaurant, and in the bar. I would come back here if I were in Athens again.

Not very comfy bed (but still acceptable) - not a big thing.

Stylish hotel, staf very nice and wellcoming.Great breakfast, nice rooms with good shower. Kettle in the room. Balcony was plus!

Maybe the location is bit far to the metro, especialy with suitcases.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choices. But it was often very crowded and was hard to find a table. But the staff was helpful.Our room had a balcony and the view was good.

The sink leaked when I filled it with water. It moved, probably that was why leaked. If you don't fill the sink, it was OK.It is a tourists hotel. Often the lobby was crowded with people.

The location of Fresh Hotel was great, service was fantastic, the rooftop pool was awesome, and the breakfast was ideal!

Staff so lovely. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the view of the city was amazing. Very modern feeling, which not everyone wants, but I was ready for at that point. Breakfast was unreal. Truly spectacular. Never seen so much variety!

Staff were quite busy, so had to wait quite frequently to ask questions or get assistance at the front desk, but this is a truly minor issue. Parking was available but terrifying down a very steep, narrow passageway into the basement.

Excellent breakfast, staff all friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the roof-top restaurant, both the food and the view. Excellent location.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and were always happy to offer recommendations or help with directions. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Hotel is within walking distance to Monastiraki Square and there is a Hop On/Hop Off bus stop across the street, very convenient.

The hotel's design, rooftop and pool, helpful and smiling staff, breakfast was tasty and fresh. Our chill room was very clean and had a nice terrace. The bed was super comfy, AC was quiet and did a great job in the July heat. We had a beautiful time!
