ITS VERY CLEAN AND NICE STAFF TOO

THE ROOM IS ABSOLUTELY DEFINITELY POSITIVELY WAY TOO SMALL AND ITS VERY OLD STYLE NEEDS REMODELING FOR SURE

So close to beach, clean, staffs are so kind.

A little bit far to city center but can travel by bus or tram.

The location of the hotel is very good if you have to go to Alimos marina. For the money they ask it is OK , but you have to lower your expectation. We felt like in a high school summer camp :)

The furniture is very old , doors of the balcony were not closing and the heavy noise form the outside was a nightmare during the night. The smell inside is horrible , a mix of perfume and smell of old house. The towels were clean but extremly oldand warned . Over all it was our mistake because we did not checked the reviews before booking, Too bad the location is very nice , right across Alimos marina. The batroom feels like not clean, the kind of batroom where you don`t want to touch anything. In order to use the toilet i had to leave the door opened in order to have room for my legs. For us was just a transition one night before we tooked the boat so we passed over it quicly.

This time the room was on the 2nd floor and a little bit bigger and newer.Bathroom a little big bigger, at least you can close the door at the batroom when you sit on the toilet :)still the same feeling of do not touch anything.The balcony door was closing this time and the outside noise was supressed. Good sleep this time.We used this hotel again on out return because it was the only hotel available for the dates.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the best beaches and very close to the tram station. If you’re planning a beach holiday, this area is ideal with lots of nice beaches, cafés and restaurants nearby. And if you’d like to visit the Acropolis or explore the city center, the tram right in front of the hotel makes it incredibly easy.The sea view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and I felt extremely safe throughout my solo stay. The overall value for money was excellent. I sincerely thank everyone who made this stay so pleasant.

I loved the sea view from the room, but since the hotel is on a main road, there was some traffic noise. If you’re sensitive to noise, you might prefer a room facing the back. Unfortunately, since the main road runs just in front of the beach, this might be an issue for most beachfront hotels in the area.

Not worth the expensiveness of the stay. A very mediocre motel, definitely not a hotel

Smell of sewage all over the hotel inside and out. Very expensive compared to its facilities and overall look. Breakfast is very basic without even refilling cake stocks for whoever came the last hour of breakfast. Hotel smells and looks really old. Definitely not a three star hotel, not even two. Staff were really accommodating and friendly.

Good value, modern decor, clean, elevator, air con, friendly staff, great location right near the beach but only a short drive to Athens and thermal lake. Tram stop and shops nearby

Limited railings on the stairs, breakfast gets wasted by large groups and there isn’t much left for other customers. The lighting in the room could be better it was just lamps and no overhead light.

The staff was very friendly and they even upgraded my room to a sea view one.As for the room it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is buffet style and it has a lot of variety to choose from so I was very satisfied.

Helpful and nice staff. Tram right in front fo the hotel to join the city center. A public beach was 5 min away.

Extremely noisy rooms, impossible to sleep. The road in front of the hotel was always packed even in the middle of the night. No point of getting the sea view room, the view is mostly on the road.The breakfast was really bad, we ended up eating elsewhere everyday. The hotel was being painted so the smell was very strong.

very nice staff, next to highway so if your not a deep sleeper I don’t recommend otherwise everything was great. Includes a delicious breakfast with stay with lots of options to choose from. Has a beautiful beach side view!
