Bathroom downstairs lighting was slightly dark

The hotel has everything, superb location and wonderful staff. Breakfast was rich in variety.Highly recommended.

Stunning property with highly attentive staff. Wonderful food and drink options. Bustling Glyfada just a 20 minute walk away.

Immediate area in the midst of redevelopment. Pool amenities curtailed after October 31.

the Breakfast was very good with Fresh fruits, and freshly made eggs. The personnel was always friendly and helpful. The hotel is organised in a way to avoid using plastic items , in a sustainable way. Location is close to the beach.

There was an issue with switching the AC on "heat" in the room as the evenings were cold, but it was resolved with the help of Mrs Angelica the manager at the reception who helped resolve the issue.

Great pool and lounge area. VERY Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants are very good. Close to tram and bus services; which is extremely helpful in the event of a surprise taxi/ uber strike.

Not really a dislike but the room was small although well appointed and the hotel is somewhat isolated from local shops and restaurants. However there is an easily accessed lovely walking & bike path all along the coast. Lots of options for getting around … walk, bike, tram, taxi or bus.

The hotel is amazing, and the staff are wonderful as well. There are two restaurants on-site, which is really convenient — though the prices are what you’d expect from in-hotel dining.

Lovely hotel! Everything was amazing starting from check-in to breakfast we loved it allThe rooms are quite nice and beds are very comfy, breakfast, coffee, lunch and dinner were delicious and you have many restaurant options at the hotel . The pool was such a leisure to spend the day at , we usually stay in the city but from now on we will come back to the Ace!

standard room is a tiny bit small

We stayed two nights and it was not worth the price (533€). Both nights we were kept awake by nonstop noise from above — walls and ceilings are paper thin. The first night I tried to ignore it, thinking the guests might be more considerate the next day. By the second night (5 am, still going on) I finally called the front desk, and was told there was nothing they could do. At checkout, no notes were taken and no compensation offered.The rooms themselves did not smell, but the hallways had a bad odor — almost like a farm smell — and management really needs to address this. On top of that, the robe in my room had a visible stain, which made me feel like it hadn’t been cleaned or replaced properly.The pool is the only positive — it’s nice and the food there is reasonably priced. But there are also lots of kids and horseplay, which makes it feel more chaotic than relaxing. Rooms are small for the cost and overall not worth the money.My advice: book a cheaper hotel nearby and just buy a pool day pass — that’s the only thing this property has going for it.

Ordered a ceasar salad at 11pm. First there was few leaves of Lettuce, it was unacceptable. then they charged delivery service 5€. I mean it’s from the kitchen of the hotel to the room!! Not from a restaurant outside the hotel!!The water of the Shower area was leaking till the middle of the room. Other than that all was good

Our stay was truly amazing. The atmosphere is unique and full of character, and the design is beautifully thought out down to the smallest detail. The service was outstanding at every point—from the reception, to breakfast and the staff who helped with our luggage was amazing. Everything felt warm, professional, and attentive. Wish we could stay longer but We will definitely return.

The place is nice, the swimming pool was great, the furniture and the vibes was amazing. The rooms was clean and well organized.

I only have 2 small comments: the rooms considered very tiny we couldn’t find a place fro the luggage, and the breakfast below average and don’t worth the cost

The location

The hotel is missing several important amenities such as a salon and laundry service. There was no coffee provided in the room, only a kettle. The sound insulation was poor, and basic items like toothpaste were not available. When we requested food at 3 am, we were told that no food was served at that time. In my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star rating
