Nice room clean staff was spectacular! From front dest help to bar tender, bell hop breakfast was excellent staff was very nice niceplaxe would stay again

Staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming and helpful.

We had a little plumbing issue but it was resolved.

Staff was great. Breakfast was nice and they included a couple of complimentary beers in the room along with the water.

Pillows were all quite thick / heavy. Would have liked one softer one and one harder one in the room to be able to decide which I liked better. Slept somewhat poorly because I couldn't get comfortable with the large pillow.

We loved that we got an upgrade. Breakfast was amazing and staff is great. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood and close to the metro, very easy to move around.

Location was fine. Safe and several food options in neighborhood. Hotel breakfast was surprisingly hearty for a breakfast buffet.

After a rough start (an air conditioner on the fritz) we were moved to a different room. The stay was fine after the relocation. Staff was helpful and accommodating. A bit dated.

They were available for us to do the check- in a bit earlier due to our toddler naptime. The room was very big with huge bed, a free minibar, even drink vouchers . We liked the big table and the huge balcony. The beds are really comfy, the staff helpful . The breakfast was also very good with a lot of choices. We really liked the ice tea in the free minibar. It was a bit further away from the sights but the metro is really close and it also connects directly to the airport for only 9 eur

Room and bed were great, staff excellent they all were extremely attentive!The free mini bar and the free drinks voucher were lovely little extras!

Very little, just 2 very small things. The toilet paper could be better quality and so to could be the breakfast sausages.

Hotel was excellent & great quality rooms, reception & breakfast area & was in a good location-the staff were super friendly & helpful-I had a great stay & would recommend this hotel

They just simply upgraded my room to the best they have. No questions, no extra money. Simply as that. In addition, they offered a free drink at a bar. Tidy, nice. A decent breakfast offered.

It's the location. Simply too much noise. Or maybe it's possible to improve noise-proofing?

Breakfast is OK. I had scrambled eggs for the most part so maybe I am the wrong one to ask as I did not really eat much of it.

Super friendly staff. The only thing that was missing was that the gym was under reconstruction during my stay and the cover for the bed was a bit too warm - they changed this as soon as I asked them.

Well located, super nice staff and very clean facilities.

I had a four night stay at the Alicia Hotel in January. It is comfortable and well-appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful. A good breakfast choice with lovely freshly squeezed orange juice. The room was a good size and clean and comfortable.You receive a voucher for a free drink in the bar on the day you arrive and the mini-bar contents are free - nice touches.

The walk from Evangalismos station is not far but some of the pavements are badly maintained and difficult with a wheely suitcase. Not the fault of the hotel of course and the problem of badly maintained pavements is Athens-wide.
