Staff very friendly with a very good service. Excellent breakfast.

There are not enough outlets in room and the bathroom don't have it, so if you want to charge any device you'll need to use the TV outlet or the outlet back to the bed.The shower isn't close, so after somebody take a shower everything is wet

Rooms are small but enough for 2 person and baby.

We liked the stuff. Very helpful and they always reply in just a minute if u need help for travel or using the Metro. And they were very friendly as well.

We didn't like the location it was surrounded by people who was doing some bad stuff or addictions. Should be better if they were many lights. So tourist can see at night.

Well located. Few steps from Omonia Metro Station. Nearby there were a lot of options to eat good food. Room was located in the 2nd floor. There is a lift with enough space. Bed was good. Hot water and A/C worked fine. I was there only to sleep. Staff were amazing and quite helpful.Internet connection was quite good.

The hotel is located in a very ugly place. Trash everywhere, junkies on the street, quite dark at night. You don’t feel safe at all. I had pigeons resting and making a lot of noise at the window of my room during the night. Bathroom quite small. The water spread everywhere. During my shower time I hit my head against the tank of the toilet when tried to grab the soap from the floor.

the location is very central, although not a very "clean and safe" block. Breakfast was minimal, definitely not outstanding. The room was okay, but the bathroom was extremely small, it was quite difficult to have a shower in there.

Close to the metro station.

I tried to contact them for a favour and I got no answer, reflecting poor management quality. They kept sending offers for tours and taxis, but ignored my message. The hotel is okay for a short stay, cheap stuff. The area is bad and not really safe at night.

The workers and the breakfast was the best part of this hotel. I’m just not accustomed to having the toilet in the shower space and I suppose I didn’t see that in the pics, but for one night, it was okay, after all, what did I expect for the price.

Though you could buy breakfast on the property, there were so many coffee bars and sandwich shops in the area that it was fun to explore. And experiment with the diverse food choices.

I was happy with everything. This was my third stay here. The location and staff were very responsive to my queries . I like the fact at how easy it was to get to the airport by under ground subte in about 40 minutes and a 15 minute walk to the Athens train station. The subte also provided a very quick way to get to the port for ferries to the many Greek islands.

Good location, easy to walk to other areas and close to metro. Very friendly hosts with great communication and easy late night check in- they also happily allowed me to leave my suitcase at the hotel after check in to collect later. The room was compact but served it's purpose with all necessary amenities, good value for money. There's also a famous breakfast spot literally on their doorstep!

Toilet seat was not attached. Hair dryer fell off the wall as only held in place with cardboard. Ensuite very small area.

Too small for two people and bathroom window without any privacy curtain. Neighbors can see you sitting on the toilet and taking shower. Brought this to the front desk person’s attention. He said there is no one in the other building. Kind of stupid reply to a customer concern about privacy. Also drug addicts and prostitues outside the hotel in the evening. I made a mistake booking this hotel. I don’t recommend it to anyone else. Sorry but this is the reality of the situation we encountered during our stay here

Amazingly friendly staff. Really nice people, always eager to help you. Comfy bed, Working AC. I graded the location perfect. It is in a sketchy area, Omonoia. But all the disturbing stuff happens at night, and I didn’t have any threat to myself during my stay. The location itself was great, because you can literally walk to Monastiraki and Syntagma. It takes around 20 minutes. Also, it is in a really close distance from metro and you can go anywhere you want with metro. And the price is amazing. Best price/performance hotel in Athens.

I liked everything. Maybe the view from the room wasn’t that great, but I honestly don’t care. Because I was only coming to hotel for sleeping during my stay period.

Central location useful for moving by foot or other solutions. In general staying in middle town is a solution I prefer. There are some garages in the areas so you can left vehicle in there, then moving with public solution or taxis

It is 2min away from the metro station, in the city centre so the location is good.

The room was so tight. The neighborhood does not feel safe neither.
