Excellent room, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, large shower with instantly-hot water, stunning rooftop lounge and pool area, helpful and attentive staff

Rooftop pool is unheated and quite cold even in the afternoon on a hot sunny day, location is not *bad* but definitely not as central as Monastiraki area, minibar prices are insane like always

Nothing! Management is awful and the hotel has bedbugs

Do not stay here! Rooms are riddled with Bed Bugs and zero responsibility by the hotel manager!

Very comfortable, AC worked great. front desk staff is excellent. Walking distance or short taxi ride to everything.

Loved the pool deck but the drinks were weak, not very good and overpriced. Fortunately there are places nearby that were excellent

Cleanliness and roof top pool

Was told breakfast would be included upon check-in. As my wife and I were eating breakfast we were asked for room number and were told it was not included. Was charged 38 euros for breakfast that included cold eggs and bacon.

Our reservation and confirmation was for 2 twin beds. Upon arrival our room had only one bed and the desk staff kept insisting that they never got a request for 2 twin beds, were not very helpful at all. Only 'buffet' at breakfast.

Rooftop pool and restaurant with view of the Acropolis Location was not as shady as guide books led us to believe - no issues as long as you stay on the larger roads

The location is great. The staff is awesome! Hotel employee at front desk was very nice and helpful. He gave great suggestions on touring and restaurants.

The bar was never opened. Guess it was for looks only.

Well appointed, great staff, great value for the amenities offered.

Parking can be a hassle but didn't prove a problem on this trip.

Found the hotel & booked it only a few days in advance. Upon arrival we were all upgraded to rooms with Jacuzzi's. The staff was outstanding- especially the Hotel Employee who was like a personal concierge.

Neighbourhood. We felt a little insecure to walk in the neighbourhood after dark but you can always grab a cab and you will not get any problem

Kudos to reception. This young lady is truly what service is ALL ABOUT, AND WITH SMILE AND SINCERITY. Since no bellman to handle luggage hotel employee took it upon herself, delivered our luggage. Front desk excellent and accommodating.

Although our requested accessible room was not available confirmed by ----- Grab bars needed in shower. Roof top bar stool collapsed, drinks overpriced and lobby bar closed. No assistance in using wheelchair lift rooftop.

The entire staff, from the Hotel Desk, breakfast staff, house keepers, were very welcoming, friendly and assisted with a smile when asked..The cleanliness of the room,amenities were top notch. Breakfast was excellent.
