Great hotel staff, renovated, modern lobby and restaurant/breakfast area.

Our room was not up to 4-star hotel standards. Decoration/amenities were both more like 3-star level. The portable bed for the 3rd person was not very comfortable.

Price and location were perfect for my family business needs. 2 minutes walk to the bus, to-and-from the airport. Breakfast was good. I was in one of the remodeled rooms and it was excellent - I don't know about the others. Inside room was very quiet.

No, I liked it. I will return.

Overall, the hotel has a great look and feel. The lobby is a generous size with plenty of seating and a game area near the bar. The rooftop pool is really cute. We loved the bacon/cream cheese pizza at the rooftop restaurant as well, perfect poolside snack. The bed was very comfortable as well. The hotel is about 3 blocks from a metro station which was helpful to get around Athens. The breakfast was very nice! Many options and I really appreciated the options for those who needed alternative milks. The food all tasted good and was a great way to start the day.

Despite the very comfortable mattress, the blanket is more of thickened sheet rather than a blanket. You cannot individually control your room temperature and have to ask the main desk to change it for you. Not helpful in the middle of the night! They only gave us one pillow per bed so I had to ask for another as well as a second blanket. There are also no hooks in the bathroom to hang up your towels. We had no place to put them. I would suggest that housekeeping consider a nicer blanket, 2 pillows per bed (this is a 4 star hotel after all) and hooks in the bathroom for towel management after bathing. We also nee

The hotel was perfect. Most of all, the staff… They were excellent!! The hotel is very well organized, and very clean and very modern. What we really liked was it was very, very quiet!

We only had one very thin blanket for our bed. Also, the location… It could be better. Our friends are here at the same time and they are staying in a much more centralized location.

location is excellent close to the metro. variety of resturants, but require advance booking. The hotel roof top resturant is very nice

Lovely rooms. Very close to the American embassy. The food provided for breakfast and the restaurant menus were excellent! The staff is perfect

The "Mavili Beach" located on the roof was a perfect getaway to spend some downtime in between various activities. The staff was very friendly and anything you need they seemed more than happy to accomodate.

Reserving time for the pool.Carpet going up the steps was not clean, nor in the hallways, or rooms. Had a bunk bed that opens to a full size bed, but room was too small to open it

The property was clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool was a wonderful addition and truly felt like a beach paradise in the middle of a busy city. The staff were extremely helpful and breakfast (included) was excellent!!

Rest room was so tiny that almost wasn't useed as well as elevators and parking.

Very good breakfast, great location, excellent and friendly staff. Our dog was welcomed. The room was nice, had a nice balcony for the dog, the hotel even provided to us a dog bed.

The swimming pool area was not very attractive. I did not like the sand around the swimming pool.

Breakfast is good. Gym is good. Location is good. Lobby is great (good to have good AC there).

Shower space is too small (I'm just 5.11 and I felt trapped). I guess you can't fix that now, but it is a bit uncomfortable.Swimming pool is OK, but it is MUCH smaller than it looks on the photos. Five people, and it's crowded. Believe me!Having a "minimum consumption" as a requisite to use the pool is a tacky thing. Hotel, don't do it! Closing the pool at 6:30 p.m. when it's so hot and the days are long, doesn't make sense. Good stay, though.

This hotel is very clean and pretty comfortable.

The walls are rather thin, we were up multiple times in the night because we could hear the people on either side of us. It was loud.

We have stayed here about 8 times over the past 20 years and have always enjoyed the good location and all the comforts. Thanks. We will be back.

Loved the rooftop bar and pool. Great space to meet up with our fellow travelers and relax after a day of exploring. Staff were amazing!

Room was a little tight. Shower and water closet opened onto sink area in the main sleeping area.
