Staff cordial, helpful,service great

Bathroom was updated BUT is big enough for a mouse,and toliet had to have bucket of water dumped in when flushing insufficient water pressure

It must be renovated and upgraded

The hot water and lack of water pressure, shortages in wifi and electricity, bad sound insulation. Poor AC.

The position was convenient for my purpose. Close to shope, cafes and restaurant's. Close to all forms of transport. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel could do with some refurbishment. Tea making facilities in the rooms? I have stayed here before and would certainly stay again.

Location was good, staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable and clean.

It wasn't very clean and had a very strong smell of old smoke. The bathtub was a very strange shape and could only be used sitting down, even for showers. The plug also didn't work. There were no sockets next to the top end of the bed to plug in phones.

Very cheap for what was largely a proper hotel

Room was smokey, even after they changed the first one, heating didn't work, showerhead pointed out horizontally, toilet oaper long way from toilet! No parking because there were barriers in front of the hotel

The only positive in hotel is staff.They try to do some good job.

Nicely located in the Kypseli neighborhood. Close to the public transport but away of the buzz. Comfortable bed, super clean and practical.

I missed to have a water cooker or kettle to make tea in the morning…. but this is only a personal preference and wish.

Hotel didn’t follow through with single beds as requested & confirmed. Bathtub made it awkward to shower & too small. Main door didn’t open properly. Staff on arrival really rude & argued re confirmation email even though I had the proof. Room was dirty. Wouldn’t give this hotel more than a 1 star

Easily accessible.About 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro station.Very clean and tidy room.Very quiet location.Friendly and warm staff.

Location is good, 15 mins walking from the metro station, lots of shops, supermarkets and cafes in the area. We felt safe because there was police station just opposite the hotel. :) The room had all facilities needed, it was big and comfortable. The price was good.

Wifi connection could be more reliable - internet disappears sometimes.

We only stayed a short short while, but it was convenient off public transport, 24 hr reception and lovely staff.

Only complaint was the pillows were quite uncomfortable.

The staff were amazing. The staff were friendly and made me feel at home.

The room generally was tired. I was supposedly ungraded but it wasn't very good. Poor plumbing in the bathroom.The carpets needed replacing. . The bed was very comfortable.

The room was spatious and there is a pedestrian street within walking distance with all kinds of commerce and restaurants. That's all. Not much.

On our first night, we were allocated a room that reeked of cigarettes and appeared filthy (though the bedsheets were clean). On top of that, the power kept going out, which was simply absurd. When we informed the clerk, he showed us how to reset the circuit panel, and it really seemed to us that this was a recurring issue with that room. The thing is, the power would go out again every few minutes, so we couldn't even charge our phones overnight or take a proper shower after a long flight. We requested a room change, but the clerk shrugged and said they were fully booked and could only move us in the morning. Which of course I understand nothing could be done about at that point, but it is just unacceptable that this godawful room is still being booked. If it was the only room available, I would have preferred to stay at a different hotel. The second room was better, the power worked all right and the cigarette smell was more tolerable but still there. The bathroom smelled of sewage, water went everywhere when showering, and the toilet flush lacked sufficient pressure, so it was a constant struggle.Moreover, when we got there we noticed a dead cockroach on the lobby floor, which staff totally ignored despite passing it multiple times. The elevator doesn't look reliable at all. The location is also inconvenient for exploring central Athens, with the nearest subway station being a considerable walk away. Overall, the experience was not worth it. While I understand it's a budget option and didn't expect luxury, I wouldn’t stay here again, even if it were free.

The shower wasn't the best, but for the money can't really grumble!

The room was perfect for me to be travelling alone. It is cheap and you get what you pay for; no frills! But I slept well each night, and loved not having to share a bathroom. Convenient location with bus stops close by. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Room was clean and tidy and everything I needed.

The shower handle was broken so the moveable arm had to balance on a shelf, but I made it work.

Good value for the price I paid, nice, helpful staff

A little bit of renovation

Ended up not staying due to poor room cleanliness. Photos were misleading.

Blood stains on the bed frame's fabric, hazy mirrors, dirty carpets and chairs.
