The view for sure - the balcony off every room was nice. The comfort level of 5 adults in one place.

The area - we arrived late and there were no food options - I went to ask at the front desk and all the lights were out and there was no one to assist us. So we didn?t eat.

When we arrived the window in the bathroom was open. That allowed mosquitos to get in and we couldn't kill them all, but definitely got bitten during our stay. The bathroom has no circulation so it gets hot quick.

Staff very accommodating Great people very helpful and will go out of there way to solve any problems and issues Also you can get pick up and drop off to locations all over Athens for like 15 Euro and don't have to drive in the crazy traffic

Neighborhood is rundown and notthe best view

The bed was not too comfortable and the exit sign light was a bit too bright and flickering.

Rooms were very clean, the whole place is new. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. They have private parking, which was excellent.

One of the airconditioners was not working very wel.No real breakfast. We have received a breakfast in a box.Stairs to go to the 5th floor. Quite difficult to get there with a luggage.

We needed a hotel for 1 night in the neighbourhood of the busstation, this place was very convenient. The staff is the loviest staff we ever met, the girl at the reception is so kind! Beds and bathroom were okay, breakfast we (unfortunately) found horrible.

Nicole the receptionist assisted us in a lovely way, she helped us with each of our demands (which were not a few) and solved all of our worries effectively.

We chose it because it was near a Congress where we had to attend, but the nearabouts were not the most beautiful part of the city.

Location was great, room was nice.

The reception wasn’t 24 hours. The shift ended at 10:30 and began in the morning. They left me with a phone number, it was ok.

The staff at the reception was friendly and it looked clean and shiny. Thus, we expected also a nice apartment. However, this looked old, used, in the kitchen very several parts of the kitchen damaged.

The bathroom had a problem with the water running out of the shower. Our daughter fell on the toilet because it was so slippery, the toilet lid broke and instead of listening to us guests what had happened the hotel charged us a higher rate. Which is not acceptable at all. I had nerved such a bad hotel experience. On top of that our daughter hurt herself. I would not at all recommend this hotel. It’s not worth the money!

Need some improvements in the toilet

I loved the security measures of the building, along with the comfort of the room. Moreover, I want to say a big thank you to the receptionist. She helped me retrieve my phone from a taxi driver.

It's nice place near Akropol. There is a lot of good little restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff of the hotel is kind and caring. The AC in the apartament was working very good.

There was only one bathroom for 5 people in our apartments. One of single beds had uncomfortable matress. But still nice place to stay when visiting Athens.

Nice and spacious apartment in Athens, with parking available. Although the neighborhoods were a little scary at the beginning, it was really safe and calm (we walked during the night with 2 kids, returning from the city center and everything was ok). Metro station within walking range, from where you could easily get to the important places in Athens.
